I am sorry it very clearly violates the rules.
If the picture was not made by you
or for you
you are not allowed to post it.
You did not take the pictures therefor the whole submission was not made by you.
if you were to draw a picture of Random jewels and a sub then you could submit it without issue.

Um, the licenses the images are under disagree with your upload policy. Go read the GNU Free Documentation License and the Creative Commons ShareAlike 2.5 License. [/QUOTE]

If you are that upset about it post a link in your user journal to the image. Creative commons images can very easily be hosted on imageshack or photobucket.

Then what defines "creation"? You can scour the Internet for the image I uploaded and not find it, because I created it. It lives in /tmp/fuck/ on my hard drive.
