Shard RPG: Who wants...

So, there's this pen, paper, and dice type role playing-game called Shard. Its done by a friend of mine. Some of you who went to the last two AC's might have seen the table for it. For those of you that haven't, you can find out all about it at http://www.shardrpg.com
Its anthropomorphic based and the setting is a bit like Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind meets Ramayana of Valmiki.
Basically a medieval Indian/Persian setting on an alien world with giant insects and sparkling crystal mountains.
I think the game is a great deal of fun.
The reason I bring it up is this... I like the game so much that I'm going to be giving away 4 copies hardcover copies of the Basic Player Compendium...the main rule book. The first two copies I'm giving away will be given away randomly in a drawing.
So how does one get in on the drawing?
Easy! Just reply to this thread saying that you're in.
Next Monday at 6pm Central Time, I'll use my dice to pick two winners.
So, even if you're not into role-playing games yourself, if you know someone on FA who might be interested, point them to this journal.
If you're interested, also have look at the www.shardrpg.com website. There's a welcome booklet there that has enough rules to play, some pre-generated characters, and story module.

However, I really do like PDFs. Is there a chance this game might also be sold on RPG DriveThru at any point in the future?
Yeah, yeah, you already have a copy, but if you win, you get a loner copy, don't yah? :)
That I just wanted to have a goat by Number 13. It just fits.
I'm numbering folk because its easier to select random numbers than it is random names.
Also: The living insect armor is FREAKY. But cool.
And the living armor is cool, creepy, and makes me wonder just what the armor eats.

2nd Edition was the last version of D&D I ever played.
Right now you've got a about a 1 in 13 chance. If I get a total of 36 entries, I'll add another book and so drop the chances to 1 in 12.
So that's not bad odds now, is it? I mean...I wouldn't want to bet my life...but it didn't cost you anything to enter so...here's hoping.
