I'm thinking something rave-related. --- Focused on martial arts and such. Black-light 'letric katana, --- , glow stick nun-chucks, that sort of thing. Maybe in keeping with the black light theme, go with glowy-purple eyes and white cloth mask / head cover thing, 'cause.. Yay glowyness under the right lighting.
Rave indeed. Characters, the simpler the better. You know, young and going out to a club so literally shine on stage. Character ideas, stuff like that.

She's not really modernized yet, but she does love to dance. I think a rave'd do her good XD Plus, glow/uv versions of her jewels would be badass. I've never seen an Egyptian-themed costume at a rave, so that'd be cool too.

Mewtwos/mewthrees are pretty well known for glowing effects, and interesting visuals with floating. Would a pic of my 'sona floating in a martial pose, glowing blue in the lights of rave be a nice image?
