Anyone interested in a keyboard?

I'm pretty much going to have to sell it, anyways. Even if I pawn it, I won't get the money we need to make rent this month, because the pawn store brokers here are a bunch of hard-asses. It's a Korg Triton Extreme 88 key. Originally retailed for $3200 new. Still in great condition. Asking for $2000 or best offer. You'd have to pay shipping, too (which will be oversized). You can note me, if you like.
What really gets me is that even if we can get the money we need for rent this month, there will still be next month to worry about, and job prospects here still look like shit. My one employed roommate has a job on commission, and this month was really slow. Next month may be better, but there's no guarantee...so what if we're unable to make it again next month? I'm so tired of this...I'd move, but I don't have the money to do that, unless of course I get this keyboard sold for a decent amount. I could pawn it for moving money, but I wouldn't get as much as it's worth and it'd be a guarantee to not get it back, since I'd be moving away.
I'm so tired of this...I just feel defeated. On a level I've never felt before. I haven't been able to make my life work since I moved out of my parents' place over a year and a half ago. I feel like such a failure right now, and the cost of my failure is having to give up my primary tool for music....to give up my passion. I already had to pawn my saxophone last year, and I never got it back. Now I'm potentially losing my keyboard, too. Again, I'm really sorry to those of you to whom I owe music....I'll let you know when I'm able to produce again. Commissions are closed for now, for obvious reasons.

Don't feel like a failure because money is tight, it's not your fault. My mate and I are currently in a similar situation, just not as extreme. I work off commission and this first month in a new place has been really slow and money has been too tight. It doesn't mean you have done anything wrong. Jobs are hard to come by in many places right now.
I'm sure you have already tried these places for those in your home that need jobs, but Home Depot and Lowes are almost always hiring around here, and start at 10-12 an hour. I also know many Petsmarts are looking for stockers all over the country. ChaCha.com is a good source of change. It won't pay your rent, but it may help offset the cost a little. I use it for about an hour a day and bring in an extra $150 a month. I have a journal about that here if you want to know more.
I put a copy of your journal on the
Anyway, I hope you find a buyer, man!
I hope something grand happens, and you are bestowed with large amounts of money and the ability to keep your keyboard.
Best of luck to you.
