>> How to be an Admin <<

1. Speak with  wolvenremorse and Please read over our Rules, so you know what you have to deal with.

2. Log in to the account on your day to do so, or if you are a sporadic admin, log in when you have time or feel like it, please don't stay logged on for more then an hour a day.

3. Open Notes, read them.

4. If the note is a "Submit to Review":

a. Save the media.
b. Copy the information.
c. Go to "Submit"
d. Post picture.
e. Paste the information, and add title, example: " Username - Title. "
f. Fill in the appropriate fields above (Type of Media, Rating, Gender, etc).
g. Add the Tags (This is IMPORTANT), they can vary, but you must add "helptoimprove", "improve", "help", their username, what type of response they wanted like "redlines" or "constructive criticism".
h. Hit "Post" and you're done!

5. If the note is a "Submit to Follow Up":

a. Save the media.
b. Copy the information.
c. Go to "Submit".
d. Post the picture.
e. Paste the information, and add title, example: "Username - Title - Follow Up."
f. Fill in the appropriate fields above (Type of Media, Rating, Gender, etc).
g. Add the Tags (This is IMPORTANT), they can vary, but you must add "helptoimprove", "fixed", "final", and their username.
h. Hit "Post" and you're done!

6. If you get a note that you don't know how to answer, please note  wolvenremorse and tell her which note it was, from who, so she can find it and read it.

7. Everyone is assigned to a day [unless you are a sporadic admin]. You are NOT permitted to sign in on a day that isn't yours, and change things. Only  wolvenremorse is allowed to sign in, and work on any day. If you are caught doing this, you will be warned, if you continue this, you will be banned from the account, and the password will be changed.

8. Always tag your comments, for example:
" This piece is very inspirational, keep up the great work!

10. Thumbnails are required for any pictures/stories/music/animations containing sensitive topics such as, Sex, Gore, Fat, Inflation, Muscle, Paw, Pregnancy, Transformation, Vore, Babyfur, Macro/Micro, Bondage, and Watersports. For the appropriate thumbnails, please look at our lists:

Solo Male or Female Thumbnails

Homosexual Thumbnails

Heterosexual Thumbnails

Other Media Thumbnails

11. After you have posted someone's work to our gallery, it is your responsibility to let them know you have done so. Whether you link them in a shout, note them, it doesn't matter, as long as you let them know. Otherwise they'll never check in and see their replies!

12. NEW: Participation Counter. All the comments that are commenting on a picture in our gallery, is to be tallied.

Meaning. When you open our account, there is a "New Comments" section. All the comments that are directed to one of our images, need to be written down (Write their username).

Go on to the >> Participation Counter <<, scroll down to the Letter of their name, find their name, and then change the COMMENTS number to be +1. Meaning if it says " FOUR " you change it to " FIVE ". I don't know how to get any more obvious about it.

If their name is NOT on there. Please copy and paste this: [url=http://www.furaffinity.net/user/USERNAME ]USERNAME[/ url] = = = ZERO = = = ZERO form. Add their username where the "USERNAME" blank is. Then add the correct numbers. Oh, and delete the spaces. This is not hard. Its not brain surgery, please don't over think this. If you can't figure it out, note me, and I'll do it myself.
