Lex's Birthday Contest!
EXTENDED TO THE 1ST OF NOVEMBER, GET YOUR BUTTS INTO GEAR!
So, I'm deciding to change a couple of things:
1. Prizes
2. Categories
3. Deadline
I'm holding a contest for my birthday, because I think this one's going to be worth celebrating. I've decided to UP the prizes, as well as add more, there will be two categories:
Category 1:
This category is called the 'Artistic Prizes', this category is for the BEST art I see, it will be judged simply by my eyes and what I believe to be the most attractive art. I urge people less talented, or not as practiced in art to not take my judgement to heart as I will be judging by skill. What I think LOOKS the best, will win this contest.
Artistic Prizes:
$100 to 1st Place & 1 piece of art By Xywolf + Lexdog.
$50 to 2nd Place.
$30 to 3rd Place.
Category 2:
This category is called the 'Effort Prizes', this category is for the art I see that I feel has been hard worked on. This is for the perhaps 'not-so-professional' artists that are ready to put in a better-than-good effort into a piece to be submitted to the contest. I will most likely be comparing the piece to the rest of your gallery. I would like to know how long you spent on the piece in the description of the entry + any difficulties you came across.
Effort:
$20 to 1st Place.
$15 to 2nd Place.
$10 to 3rd Place.
NEW DEADLINE:
Initially the deadline was for my birthday [12th October 2010],
seeing the size I've decided I want this contest to match I've
made the decision to increase the deadline to the 20th!
* If you have proof you're still working on a piece when the deadline is reach, I may make an exeption and wait for you.
Notes:
- You can enter as many times as possible.
- You can display it in any way you want. (Full body, torso, abstract, sexual, comic etc.)
- You can NOT win in both Effort and Artistic.
- You also can NOT win twice.
All pieces will be judged by myself personally.
Any advertising of the contest is HIGHLY appreciated. ♥

also sick of good artists being too snobby / rude to even consider the idea or advertise,
and some that are so bad, they abuse me for telling them about the contest.

It's simple, snobby artists don't want other people getting places,
the un-snobby artists advertised / thanked me for the link.
I just simply don't appreciate claiming my 'contest' as a plee for requests.

And no, a contest isn't a request, pieces attributed to a contest are 'entries'.
