Alright! Now the time has come for me to post up both lists for all the amazing furs who have joined my Muscle Furs list.
First off I want to offer my thanks to all the amazing people who decided to join this project. I know to some of you it may seem odd to be doing something like this. But to me, i seriously thought that it was about time that these furs were giving recognition for putting in the hard work and dedication needed to pursue such an amazing Goal.
So without any further delay, here you have your "Official Muscle Furs" for 2010-2011.
The following list is for those furs who have totally dedicated themselves for years in the pursuit of becoming a real life reflection of there Fursona.

The following list is for those furs who have only just begin or those who have renewed there efforts into becoming Muscle Furs. The furs listed here are making a genuine effort into becoming more and more like there Fursona.

For those who are on the In Training list you have one year to show just how much muscle you can gain. Those that show real improvement will be moved up to the Genuine List and be recognized as an Official Muscle Fur.
After one years time, those that present a higher level of physique will be given a fully rendered pic by me with a seal stamped on it stating that this Fur is a Real Life Muscle fur. Your character will then, at your consent, be used to make appearances in further art pieces as background characters or main characters for up coming projects and maybe even comics.
The list for this years Muscle Fur has Officially closed. No new additions will be accepted, with the exception of a few furs i am in the process of contacting. If any of you feel that you would qualify to make the list then you will have to wait for the following year when the list reopens.
Thank you to all of you who participated and have given me the honor of adding you onto this list and taking part in my project. I hope that when the time comes for me to show my appreciation none of you are disappointed.

You can fill them with water, rocks, sand, whatever.
You don't have to fill it all the way to the top, just to how much you want to do.
So tell me a little about yourself, how long have you been working out?

On one paw...I think I'm VERY out of shape...
But on the other...eveyone else seems to think otherwise and they all say I'm too hard on myself
I WANT to be on the list I'm just not sure if I'm good enough to be on it.
The mirror still looks the same to me though...so I dunno.
But you sound like you do qualify. If you want my opinion on how you look then send me a few pics and id gladly give you my honest words.
Of course your gonna get alot of art from me anyway so anything more would be spoiling you even more. *chuckles*

I do enjoy being nice though.
Competing in (should everything go to plan) no less than seven submission grappling tourneys across the UK this year, five Gi events, and two No-gi events. My first two comps are going to be at 185lbs, the rest at 205lbs. I'm also fighting one MMA bout (again, should everything go to plan) probably in November. Busy year.
As such I'm in the gym training myself, at class training BJJ, or training a client (hopefully :P) a lot.
Then again, whether or not a person who trains others as a profession should be included in the list for next year is another matter altogether.

I also record my results from each day, so if there is anywhere for me to update such information I'd have that available too. I'm far from having the physique I would like to have right now though. I'm still new to this but I'm planning to be rather dedicated to this as any day that I don't get to go to the gym now, I go all stir crazy cause my body is all like "WHY YOU NO SWEAT?"
Alots going on in my life right now and Im not maintaining my list like i should. I wanna come back to this able to keep the promises I made to all the original muscle furs.
