In the Dallas area, a tragedy has recently struck.  shadowfox8588 was arrested the past week for assault with a deadly weapon and what was also likely attempted murder. His boyfriend chose to break up with him for someone else. In blind rage, Shadowfox split this new person's head open with a shower rod and hospitalized him for stitches. Currently, Shadowfox is spending a minimum of four years in a mental institution. This is because he happens to have a notable history in the Dallas area for harrassment, intimidation, threatening, and even violence, and even holds a police record to prove it, and it does not help that his own mother is always willing to bail him out of trouble. For this recent action was the last straw, he has been banned permanently from all furry events in the Dallas area should he walk free. Shadowfox is known for his mentality in this area, which has been sought to be helped through medication and counseling. However, he actively refuses all attempts to improve himself through others and continues reckless and horrible behaviors. (He even has a picture of himself on his account, and his face easily can be read as a disturbed and sociopathic individual.) If you only know him online, please be wary that he is far friendlier in cyberspace than in real life. But once you meet him face to face, his twisted mind will afterwards transfer to his online connections with you. For the sake of this community and fandom, I ask you, the victims of Shadowfox ask you, the Dallas furs ask you, to block and remove him from your accounts, and ban him from the fandom as we have. People of this nature do not belong in society, especially in our fandom where love and trust are among the strongest of priorities.

UPDATE: Shadowfox was removed and set free last night and hacked into his former boyfriend's Fur Affinity account, posing as him, yelling at me for my first journal on this incident, and removing his own journal that reported of the incident. Additionally, I received an isolated phone call from him this morning from an unknown number, threatening me to remove the first journal. I refuse to let the information rest and will continue to, but as a result, this sociopathic mental case now has me fearing for my life.

UPDATE TWO: Shadowfox is trying to defile my name on this, by calling me a drama starter and rumor spreader, even going so far as to claim we dated once, which is false. He manipulated me with sweet words into a single sex session, which tore my lining and caused me to bleed, to which he blamed my inexperience instead of the fact he went inside all at once and causing me great internal pain. And, with honesty, just because people have sex, doesn't qualify it as dating. It can easily mean you're just looking for ass. When I first met Shadowfox, he was contemplating a relationship with a San Antonio fur named Xero, but as soon as I walked in his door, he was hugging and fondling me. After the sex, he still chose to attempt to go to San Antonio to have sex with Xero. I don't think I have the right to be called the two-timer here regarding THIS bit of info.

Additonally, Shadowfox is being inconsistent with his side of the story. He first claims to attack in self defense (when there is no evidence he was attacked first, which self defense calls for). He then claims he had a seizure, blacked out, and only remembers seeing Raith injured after he came to. First of all, were one to be seizing, they would merely be flailing on the floor and be picked up IMMEDIATELY to be sent to the hospital, so chances are you would not recouperate at your own apartment from it before medical attention was sought out. He also claimed he "realized he needed help, voluntarily checked himself in, and is now taking meds for so-called panic attack". Whatever. Shadowfox knows not what the definition of a panic attack is. He did this all in blind rage.

As well, in all accounts, he always remains to keep unedited one piece that remains out of his favor: He always admits that he was pissed for his boyfriend leaving for Raith. He always admits he immediately demands Raith's departure. And he always admits he immediately rushes to grab an object to attack Raith with once Raith replies with a simple "no". So all in all, he just keeps shooting himself in the foot with his inability to proofread his accounts.

Also, before he removed it for me having pointed it out, he openly said in his journals, his desire to reattempt the infamous Divefox incident in court. Additionally, he acts cocky, as though his bail from behind bars makes him immune to imprisonment when his court date comes (sadly for him, he does not know how the court system tends to work). And, as one last piece of information, there are enough witnesses to outdo his word. Law requires you need three witnesses minimum to validate a side to a story. Shadowfox only has himself for his side. As for Raith's side, we have the victim himself, plus Marfdog, and Ryzil.

UPDATE THREE Shadowfox is watching my Fur Affinity page as an intimidation factor. Unfortunately, placing his name square on my account page via the watch list allows me to click to his page with ease to monitor his actions and remarks. Shadowfox is not immune to disregarding security and privacy, as he once hacked into the MSN chat logs of a former roommate. Unfortunately, Shadowfox also has no personal concept on how to handle his own security, nor does he even seem to care. So he will easily make his case in the story more weaker by allowing himself to be so open.

Additionally, this action, combined with the unsolicited phone call from yesterday morning allows him to be open to have a harrassment charge placed against him. Which, with his court date approaching, won't be good for him should he acquire extra offenses in the meantime. (And while this is his first FELONY charge, his record also has reports of harrassment and threat. While he may call this bluff, a couple furs in the area told me that they have capabilities of looking into police documentation legally, and given some of the high credibility I hold to the Dallas fur community, I'm willing to believe it.) So at this point, Shadowfox needs to pretty much be a good boy and shut up, step back, admit what he truly did. At this point, he is just digging himself into a deeper hole. I must admit I do find shame in the community though by allowing him to intimidate them. The fact that some statements are being silenced as a means of "drama avoidance" is appalling. This is not drama avoidance. This is the choice to be cowardly head-in-the-sand ostriches when it's very clear that ignoring this particular situation will not make it go away. Me realizing this is something Shadowfox did not bank on. For, personally, as an individual who hid in his room for 15 years due to social stress in grade school, having no true life experiences, and holding a timid nature, it is then rather ironic I am biting back. My life has involved me going out when I have been scared and threatened, speaking that I feel as such and why, and not silencing until my safety has purely been reassured. I thus work under the paradox, that the more you try to force me to shut up, the more I speak. Shadowfox did not bank on me. Because of that, he feels that I am a threat and is thus seeking to undermine me by spreading lies against me for pointing out every flaw he is thus making. If he continues to lie for whatever reasons from this point out, it will only be worse for him. And for Shadowfox can't think so far ahead, he will only be getting in worse trouble.
