TERMS OF SERVICE FOR ACQUIRING A DESIGN FROM ME

Yo yo yo what's up cool cats! If you're anything like me you'd like to have as much freedom as possible when purchasing a shiny new design so I'm gonna keep this short, sweet, and fair

Reselling/Trading Policy: You may resell adopts for the same price or less than what you bought them for. However you may sell them for more than that only if there is extra art drawn

You may not sell designs you have gotten from me through a trade. You may only trade those. Don't try to make a profit off of something you didn't pay for, that's whack dawg

You may use your design in commercial projects only if I'm given credit for the original design. Want to sell some high def glossy prints of your character? GO FOR IT Just credit me for the design somewhere. I don't want any percentage of the profits from your art yo

Design Alterations: You can't alter the art I've drawn without my permission but you can definitely do whatever you want with the design. Go nuts, change the color scheme, add markings, remove markings, change the hairstyle, chop off some limbs, change the species, whatever your little heart desires. I also want to note that all of my designs are technically genderless before they belong to you. You can disregard whatever pronouns I use to refer to my designs or run with it if you want. They're yours to do with as you please. For things like my original species all this still applies but if there are any specifications like the number of tail stripes for inklots then you can't alter that. If you're unclear about any editing you want to do to a design, go ahead and ask


Original Species: All the species I've created are closed species so you may not make your own. If you buy one from me you are free to ignore whatever background I've set up for them because that's basically just there for my own personal use and for anyone who wants to go off on it
