how my 'freebies' work

RULES:
-do NOT enter if you've already gotten a freebie from me
-if you've already gotten a freebie from me, you CANNOT try and get one for a friend
-i will only draw ONE character to the level of detail of my choice
-if you've commissioned me, but have NOT gotten a freebie, you are still welcome to enter
-excessive whining because you didn't get a freebie will get you disqualified from future freebies
-i am under no obligation to do these, they are supposed to be fun for my watchers and myself. therefore i can decide whether or not i want to give someone free art.

what about if you had a commission with the person?
would that effect it in anyway?

I hate it when people don't seem to understand that freebies are the same as gifts and should be respected like gifts. D<
I mean, even if you get a present you don't like, you should still be polite and grateful that the person even GAVE you anything at all - for FREE.
Not be all like "free art, you say? I'M KING OF THE WORLD ANYTHING I SAY GOES! Now, artist offering free art, lick my boots while you labour at my ridiculous demand."
