Day 19 answers the question: "What if you were homeless, broke, all alone and hungry on Christmas Eve?"
Based on The Cop and the Anthem, a short story by O. Henry, this half-hour special is not usually included in the top five best-known Holiday specials. Nevertheless, the animation is quite good for its time, and the twist on the familiar (though not overly-familiar) tale makes this an underrated classic, in my opinion.
One great thing about the Pink Panther being a pantomime character is that no matter what "language" you watch it in, the cartoon remains the same! (The singing children is just background music, and needs no translation.)
May all your Christmases be pink -- er white -- well, whatever color you want!
