Why I've been gone-Unknown medical condition

I know I've been inactive for about a month? And if you haven't been fallowing my Twitter I'll fill you in here.
But for the past couple of weeks I've actually been making frequent trips to the Doctors. I first noticed a lump on my right leg with not much pain except for when you touched and pushed on it. Couple days later mind you after being on my feet too from working, my whole leg got worse and stricken in pain. The lump wasn't growing but it got so bad I've developed a limp. They first thought it was a blood clot with the first ultrasound, didn't find anything. A second one showed it to be just swelling. I have also developed a intense deep pain in my chest and back. Without pain meds I'd be very miserable and in so much pain I wouldn't be able to sleep or function.
I am still in the process of finding out what this is, my symptoms seem to baffle the Doctors. It's like well this matches this arthritis symptom but this other one conditions doesn't. Like the lump is a symptom for a certain kind of arthritis but it didn't come with redness like it should have and the doctor said it should have turned blue and black by now.
My condition also prevents me from driving myself anyway despite me having to constantly make doctor trips and doing minimal work at my job.
I am an enigma.
Even though I am worried, I'm trying to take this as best I can and not worry too much obviously. I just need time and patience, and hope they figure something out for me. Please don't fret to much over this, but I thought it would be polite to let you know, what's been taking up my time. Also I just haven't felt like doing much of anything when I can due to pain and prolly the meds. :\
Feel free to post questions. I'll try to answer them best I can, but I'm pretty much in the unknown still.
