Commission Prices and TOS

Most artist already have a page that states prices and TOS, and well since I am starting to do more commissions and such I thought I would go ahead and get this outta the way. SO here are the prices as of 2011 and the TOS as well.
If you are interested in a commission please note me. I also have a few auctions going right now on Furbuy if you are interested in anything there.

Extras
For Bondage or Fetish pictures, an added charge starting at $5.00 can occur due to adding racks and objects relevant to the picture. Not always, but if there is a complex piece of equipment or the picture itself is in a difficult position or has a lot of ropes etc, an extra fee will apply. This is negotiable.

These prices are subject to change due to the subject matter of the picture. They can go up or down depending on the complexity of the character, pose, background, objects etc.
Terms of Service
Things I will not draw.
Cub anything, scat, water-sports, severe gore, Violent rape (Some BDSM scenarios are fine, please inquire), hard vore, and if there is something brought to me that you want commissioned and I am not comfortable with it. I will let you know. And we can either work towards something that I am more comfortable with, or you can cancel the commission.
Payment.
All payments must be made upfront and before the picture begins. No art will begin until full payment is received.Also Please do NOT send payment until we have agreed upon what I am doing and the price. Especially from Auctions. Since you bid on something in the auction and you may want something else for your picture the price may be different. SO this saves YOU having to make multiple paypal trips.
I accept paypal only, and can make no acceptions. Sorry. In The case of Auctions, I usually have a few going at once, You have 2 weeks to make payment and get the project started or it will be canceled and if you choose you can commission me again on your own time, but if there is special pricing you will no longer get the discount you did with the auction. Exceptions can be made if extenuating circumstances are present in your life that are brought to my attention as quickly as possible.
Process.
We start by going over what you would like, and the price of the commission, to be sure you are getting exactly what you want. (this mostly goes for the Auction winners but is still important)
Please have a good detailed reference sheet for all characters involved ready. If for some reason the character sheet is not legible or easy to understand, another will need to be provided. If I can't figure out what your character is, it would make it kinda hard to draw.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A DRAWN CHARACTER SHEET
I will accept written ones but PLEASE try to give me ones that are not described like in a story. as I said before I need a clear idea in my head of what your character looks like. Make sure your color markings are easy to understand as well as to the placement of them, as well. I will have a sheet to fill out if I am giving something that is just to garbled to understand. If you would like This sheet upfront, please just ask :)
Once the price is agreed upon, and payment is made The first stage is a simple sketch. You will be sent the sketch for approval and to make any changes. For line art pictures the line art will also be sent for approval. For paintings after the initial sketch is approved, the coloring begins. Usually there is not another WIP shot after this point unless requested. If there are some minute changes to the finished product they will be made easily. No more then 3 revisions to a piece
I will retain the rights to the image, but you may post it where you please as long as the artwork is Copyrighted to me, and credit is given where it is due.
Refunds.
If for some reason you are unhappy with the piece, or I am unable to complete it due to outside circumstances, Full or partial refunds may be made.The same goes for if you cancel your commission, If I become ill and cannot finish your piece, you will get the work that is done, and whatever price is decided upon for the work that WAS done, and the rest will be refunded. There is also an option of waiting until I am well again and you will receive a small free gift for waiting. If you are unhappy with the finished product, then no refund will be issued. I try to get as much input as possible and make as many changes as needed in those phases and if you just don't like it, then that's just the way it is unfortunately. My time has already been used, and I am compensated for it, as well as you will have a piece of art in your possession.
If I am unsatisfied with the commission I reserve the right to cancel it at any time. I will hand over the work that has been done and refund what I think is fair considering what I have done. If too much work or time has gone by or into a piece then no refund will be issued and that is my right. As I said, my time has been used weather that is sketching painting or trying to decipher references, I am working hard on your commission and if you start getting rude then I wasted my time. This is very rare as I care a lot about my commissioners, so I want them happy, but this is here for the rare case that something happens.
I try and work in the most timely manner I can, but things do happen in life, and you will be informed as soon as possible should one of those things happen, in which case the state of your commission will be discussed.
Time.
The time table for me finishing commissions is anywhere form a couple of days to a couple of weeks. I usually work in a relatively linear order, but not always. I may do one person's first or whatever depending on how many I have at the time. But feel free to e-mail me if you haven't herd anything in a while or if you want any information. I have an "Open e-mail policy" so to speak. But if you start harassing me, or being rude, such as trying to push me or rush me.If you do this I will give a warning asking you to not act in that manner. then your commission will be stopped, I will turn over what I have and no refund will be given. Also if I am trying to get in contact with you the commissioner and I have to wait weeks and weeks for a response that can cause a BIG problem in the flow of things. So please try and be prompt as well as if you know you are going to be slow in responding, please inform me Up front.
I have the right to refuse service at any time. As well as the refusal of content, characters or scenes if I do not feel comfortable with them, or if you the client is being rude or unprofessional.
I try and be as fair and accommodating as I can be, I ask that you as the commissioner do the same. I am not your slave, and I should not be treated like a lesser being because I am doing something for you. please be respectful and polite and you will be given the same respect back. Such as if you really don't like something about the finished product and you politely explain to me what you ere wanting I will try and change it, it you come at me aggressively I will not try and accommodate.
