So, I was walking through a parking lot, when I heard a odd sound. My immediate thought was "Wow, that sounds like a kitten crying..." When suddenly, I looked over, and sure enough, there was a tiny kitten curled up in the snow, crying to me! I ran over to her, and she jumped into my arms, over my shoulder, and into my coat's hood! After getting her to move to the inside of my coat, I've been trying to get in touch with someone to give her a home. I could tell she was ecstatic to be somewhere warm, and out of that cold snow!

But unfortunately, I'm having little luck finding a home for her. So please, if you or anyone you know wants to take in a beautiful, affectionate, 2 month old calico kitten, get in touch with me ASAP. I'd love to keep her, but I can't afford to take in another kitty. =( I've been calling her "Snowdrift", just to give her some sort of name, and I found her in the snow. (And "Snowpile" doesn't have the same ring to it. =\) I'd love to see her grow up, but I'm more concerned with just getting her to a loving home.

So if you know anyone interested in the Newark, DE area, let me know! And pass the word along! Maybe, if we work together, we can give this little girl a happy home, and she'll never have to worry about freezing in the snow again! =3
