In need of some help...

So, as many of you know, I'm a bit of a starving artist and college student. My boyfriend, Dorian, takes amazing care of me even though he's also in the same situation and has a shitty job as a web designer for San Diego Computing.
Recently, his computer blew up. He needs a new motherboard, and a few other parts which will come up to about $300-$400. He takes such wonderful care of me, and since Valentine's day and our birthdays are coming up, I want to try to help him get those parts replaced so that we don't have to be in such a rut.
Because of this, I'm thinking about opening up a special, cutting all commission prices in half for a short time in order to rake in some cash. Either that, or I'll have a certain style or something each week that will go for a special price, and I'll continue to produce these themes until I have enough money.
Please tell me your thoughts. I really need some help.

He did it because he knew my computer sucked, and I needed it for school, and that we could communicate better with me having a decent computer.
My girl is getting fed up with her computer and its given her problems. I need to find her at least a 32 bit. Hers is like 16 bit that is like super old...
On a less organ harvesty mode, if got spare time and need cash I know there some furs that do rather well doing surveys, just be careful which sites ya do it with.
