UPDATE: This journal is officially closed. I'll be keeping it here for organizational purposes.
For anyone who posts here, I'll do a 100x100 avatar of a wicked grin, of a character of their choice. Just the smile, mind you, this won't be a full headshot. Work will be done in a combination of Photoshop and SAI, completely digital. You get a full-size image for your collection, as well as a smaller avatar for forum use, messenger, whatever else. If you want a size other than 100x100, let me know.
Here's the information I'm looking for:
Name: Your characters name, of course. If you choose, I'll put your characters name on the avatar in a font of my choice.
Background color: Color swatches are acceptable, or just tell me what you're looking for.
References: Post at least one reference picture, preferably two. Close ups of the head or reference sheets with headshots are best.
Expression: Some variation of a smile. Do you want a grin? A smirk? A full-on toothy extravaganza? Give me some detail here so I can get a better idea of what you're looking for.
Style: What kind of smile are you looking for? I'll do them in two styles: comic book (example: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5187710/ ) and chibi (example: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/5144825/ ).
I will probably be taking some artistic liberty with these, but I am aiming to get as close to what YOU want as possible.
And since I'm not taking commissions, I will be taking donations. You don't have to, but if you can, leave a couple bucks in the tip jar. Send any donations to crimson_713 [AT] yahoo dawt com. In the event that you send a donation, PLEASE note me with your email address, so I can match it to this journal, or send me a message somewhere with the transfer with your FA username on it. I think as an artist, with what your offer is (A smile) that you'll get a kick out of this as they have big ol' grins to begin with.
The name is Blu, and as for the expression I'd like some sort of 'I'm probably going to bite you, if you come too close' kind of grin, perhaps with double jaws visible, but that is indeed all up to you. The background color I'd prefer would be some sort of blue-grey, and I leave style to your decision.

Expression: Ergo wears a mask. So a grin much like on on the reference sheet would be fantastic! I guess it's overly happy/enthusiastic, but also a bit derpy. Being a mask, it's also completely fake.
Style: I would like a chibi style please.
I'm happy for you to use a good amount of artistic discretion in this picture, should you feel the need to (for instance if you wanted to use a painted face instead of a mask, to get a better expression). I'm interested to see what you can do with Ergo.

Technicaly he got grey fur with tip of his hair red (the darker parts on his 'haircut' and on the fur around his neck), he got yellow fur on the moon like zone around one of his eyes, red eyes and gold earrings
