Terms of Service
By commissioning me you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service. Read them!
I DO NOT DRAW: Animal genitalia (sheaths are fine, fantasy is fine, but I won't draw for example dog or horse cocks), underage characters, extreme fat, extreme muscle, scat, watersports, adult feral images, multi-boobs, vore (eg: being swallowed whole / for pleasure. Tearing-apart-gore eating is fine.)
I WILL DRAW: Latex, rubber, gore.

1. Workflow.
• Full commissions are usually produced at 8.5 x 11 inches at 350 DPI for single character images and 11x14 or 11x17 inches for multiple characters unless otherwise stated. Please inform me before hand if you require a larger format as I can not up-scale images afterwards.
• Digital commissions usually get progress updates in the following order: preliminary sketches, refined sketch, flat colours, final.
• Major revisions must be mentioned at the sketch stage. Exceptions to this will be stated in my commission pricing. Any unpaid work will be watermarked.
• I will not progress from the refined sketch until payment has been made. I prefer payment upfront.
• I prefer not to accept payment plans however if we do arrange one, work will not begin until I have been paid in full.
• Revisions made after the colour stage may be subject to extra fees. Mistakes on my behalf will of course be fixed free of charge.
• You will receive a full size PNG and a smaller, watermarked PNG ready for uploading.
• I work through my queue in order. If you require a rush image for a certain date then please let me know and I may be able to help. Rush orders are subject to a $50 fee on top of the total commission fee.
2. Usage
• I retain full commercial and distribution rights on any image I produce. You do, of course, retain full rights to your character.
• I reserve the right to use any image I create as I see fit. I retain all rights to the image. This includes, but is not limited to, producing and selling prints or portfolios (print or CD) and/or posting to my online galleries (resized and usually watermarked).
• The commissioner may use the commission image at any size as they please for PERSONAL use only. This excludes commercial purposes (selling prints, magazine printing, etc).
• No profit is to be made by you off the image. If posted online, I require to be credited as the artist and would greatly appreciate a link back to this gallery.
• You have permission to alter/crop/edit/etc your commission for signatures, icons, and so on provided there is credit.
• I am open to commercial usage rights purchasing on a case by case basis. Please contact me for details.
• If you are found to be violating my Terms of Service by using my work for commercial use without obtaining commercial rights, I reserve full right to bill you for 1) my commercial rights fee and 2) retroactive fees for the use period.
3. Payment
• All prices quoted are in US Dollars.
• I accept PayPal ONLY.
• I will send you a PayPal invoice or supply my PayPal email address to you.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission at any time.
• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time due to poor communication, or rude or inappropriate behaviour.
• In the event of a cancellation I will refund the remaining balance of the commission taking into regard any work done so far. If cancelled at the sketch stage before payment is made I reserve the right to re-use the sketch.
• There are NO refunds on completed work.

FAQ
• Can I commission an image from you of / with your character(s)?
Yes! Charged as a regular extra character in a multi-character image. If you want a commission featuring only my character(s) then you will get a 20% discount to the total image cost. My general rules for commissions featuring my characters are as follows:
G only: No genitalia showing. Light teasing (lingerie, wet t-shirt etc) allowed, no direct intimacy with your characters. (Unless otherwise offered via my YCHs or discussed with clients.)

G - M: Nudity and suggestive themes allowed, girl-on-girl explicit is fine.
Aurah, Brandy, Niobe.
G - XXX: Anything goes, within the limits of what I will/won't draw!

• Can I draw your characters or get art featuring them?
Generally the answer is yes as long as the situation isn't on my 'no list' featured up top, and as long as the ratings don't go past the above guidelines for each character. Wyla is absolutely not to be drawn in any sexual situations with other characters without my consent, unless you are a close friend.
One thing of note though is that I don't want any surprise images of romantic interaction between any of my characters and yours. For example Serin is open to most XXX sex situations but nothing to imply that there is a deeper relationship, please!
• I commissioned inks from you, can I colour them / have someone else colour them?
Of course! All I ask is that you credit each artist accordingly. n_n
• Can I upgrade my commission at a later date?
Generally yes! I do tend to keep my layered files for about a year.
• Will you work from text descriptions or SL screenshots?
Yes!
