~1. Intro~
Thanks for taking the time to read my TOS and for being interested in commissioning me. Please make sure you read all the way through so that you understand how I work :3

~2. Will/Won't Draw~

~Will Not Draw:

Hyper furs(both in Muscle and endowment)
overly fat characters (a little flab is alright, I'll let you know if its too fat or not ^^)

Porn~ yes, i only MIGHT draw porn... I'm not that good at naughty bits. Nipples are fine, but when it comes to lower regions >_> I can try, but no guarantees
Cub/Baby/Diaperfur ~ Don't get me wrong, I;m not against those kinda furs ^^ I find them adorable myself, but I'm not all that good at diapers >_<
Muscular furs~I'm just not that great at musculature,lol so depending on the definition of the character, I may turn it down.
Other Fetishes~ please ask, it really depends on the fetish, and how you want it to look ^^

~Else wise :
Just ask about anything you are curious about and I'll let you know if i'd be willing/able to draw it. I don't bite, promise ^^

~3. Payment~

First off, I take payment upfront, unless its over $40, then I'll take half upfront and half once i show you the image, but before i give you the full version.

When sending payment for a commission, please send it as Goods or Services. I'd rather soak the fee then lose my PayPal due to too many gifts. If you are donating however, feel free to send as a gift :3

~4. Refunds~

You reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time, for any reason. If you cancel, I'll refund you the full amount you paid, and discard the commission.

However, If something comes up where I can't finish the commission, I'll give you what I have finished and refund the difference. Basically, if you paid me for a flat colored piece and I am only able to draw the inks, I'll give you the inks and refund you the $2 difference between a sketch and a Full body ^^

~5. Updates and changes~

I'll keep you updated as I work, showing you each stage(sketch,inks,flatcolor) then giving you the final picture.

I'll re-draw up to 2 times at the sketch stage, and I'll fix minor details once I ink, but I will not go back and redraw a pose or pic once I've inked it, unless I messed up on something. My art isn't going to be perfect, since I'm still practicing, so please don't be super picky over anatomy ^^

~6. Other~

~Will be used for anything not posted above :3

~streaming~ I may occasionally stream my work, mostly for ref sheet commissions. If you'd prefer to NOT have your commission streamed, Let me know.

I reserve the right to post your commission on my account. An anonymous commission will only be stated as such. If for some reason, you want a completely private commission, I charge an additional $2 and you'll be the only one who has a copy. Note, that if it is a private commission, I expect it to stay off the internet completely.
