Why am I a Fox?

You know, 
Dogbreath3721 asked me why I chose to be a fox.Giving my previous knowledge of the animal, I was able to pick the fox species to affiliate with. I actually had to stop and question my "affinity" with this species.
I decided to re-evaluate me and my “fursona.”
Considering that fact that I can't bark, it's not in the fox nauture, nor can I growl.....will actually....fuck that part, I'm still gonna *growls.*
But, I was worried that, perhaps that the red fox and I are not as similar as I initially thought. So I researched a bit.
Foxes are protective of their own, but when not having to be defensive, they love to play, and they are well groomed.
So…
Am I protective? Yessir.
Do I like to play around? Yessir.
Do I enjoy grooming? I obsess about the condition of my hair. $25 Shampoo, get it?
They like to live out in the open, but burrow themselves away in crappy weather.
I suppose I can relate to that, I just go to sleep if it’s crappy outside. So maybe, that’s similar.
When they do make burrows, they’re very tidy. Ooooooooh, I can DEFINATLY relate to that.
Fun fact, Red Foxes dominate the other Fox species.

Oh dear lord, I just read that wolves may kill/eat foxes……..over disputes of food. T_T
I shall never speak to Dogbreath3721 again! Eeeeh….he wouldn’t hurt a fly….plus….
I have a very violent temper…soooo....well that, and I don't eat much.

Yah, that’s something the Fox and I don’t have in common, they are typically calm animals, only show aggression for survival.
Me? I can get pissed off if you look at me the wrong way….yes really…
I’m working on it! SHUDDUP!
Out of all this I’d say we’re pretty similar….one way or another, I just have to work on the aggression part….
But…. I still don’t have an anthro fursona….guess I gotta work on that too.
