I have a story plot goin' around in my head. I got the idea from watchin' one of my favorite movies, Four Brothers.
What I have so far is this:
There's a mother and a daughter. The Mom is the biological parent of the daughter. The mom is a social worker that helps get children adopted to homes and families.
The mother came across four young "degenerate bastards" and nobody would take them so she took them in, raisin' them along with her young daughter, who was 3 at the time, and the boys who were 11 at the time.
Years go by, the boys havin' a lovin' family and being brought up, causin' trouble like any boy would do, but always keepin' a watchful eye on their little sister.
Several years go by, the girl out of high school and the men out in the world on their own. The daughter goes out shoppin' for some groceries for her mother, but winds up gettin' kidnapped. The police knock on the mother's door at 3 AM, tell, the mother what has happened, and conduct an investigation.
Within a day, the brothers arrive back home, havin' caught word of what happened to their sister and conduct an "investigation" of their own on who took their baby sister...
Well, you all pretty much get the idea of where I'm goin' with this, and pretty much you all saw Four Brothers.
Now, what I ask of my watchers/friends is this: Help me pick out a species for the brothers (different species as they're adopted to each other and to the daughter and mother)

would suggesting Dhole work? they're LOVELY Canines that not many use in this fandom. if not...Dingo. certainly Dingo another would be Fox. specifically, either Burgundy Fox or Fire & Ice Fox.

Deer Black-tailed Deer at that.

brothers: wolf,lion,leopard,lynx
The mother should have traits associated with a loyal breed due to her job, so a domestic canine would be good; possibly a Labrador.
The close relation between tigers and lions makes me think a lion would have a good place among the brother, but something more exotic such as an Asiatic lion.
For the smallest of the brothers you could choose something dextrose out of the family rodentia. My home is currently being seiged by squirrels so that would be a good choice.
