Details
These are the prices for now and are subject to change as I become more accommodated with materials and time to do these works. So there are no surprises! Also, NO SET DATES UNLESS SPECIFICALLY INDICATED OR IS AGREED UPON WITH THE COMMISSIONER! That said I do not want people harassing me about when to get finished work back, please do not interpret this as me being an ass. Most of my day is spent at work and is often very hard to have any personal time; I want this to be clear with people before I get questioned about where their product is.
I would also like to add that with me just getting started in things, a lot of my ToS is subject to undergo serious changes as I become more established in the marketing world!
"What things will you draw?"
I generally cover a wide genré of things from adult to tame, and even attempting abstract. However, I will NOT draw the following (which is not limited to):
~Cub porn: Not doing it, I apologize in advance.
~Vore of any degree: My style is abit more based upon realism. I do not have anything against vore but that act stretches the boundaries of reality. Once I become more flexible with my drawing abilities, I may start doing Vore :)
~Racist and/or derogatory art: This one is on the edge and will personally make this call depending on what you request to be drawn. But examples of things under this category that I will NOT do is segregation of color, race, nationality, religion, sexual interests/orientation, and physical and/or mental dysfunction/disability.
~Copyrighted characters: However I might stretch that rule, maybe, just contact me if you have a 'premade' character. If you are not sure what I mean, examples of copyrighted characters are, not limited to; Mario, Sonic, Starfox, DK (Donkey Kong), Barf, Kermit, Cloud Strife, Snake Pliskin, etc. This also covers original copyrighted characters made by other fellow furs!
"How do I inquire for a Commission Token?"
Send me a note on FA titled "I want a commission", if you do not there is a chance I will overlook your note and your request for a commission token will not be acknowledged.
In the body of your note (the Message half) tell me what your menu order is and what you want exactly; example-
"Hi there!
Are you still open for commissions?
I'm wanting a colored sketch of 2 characters, no background, just a pin-up of the two and a colored badge of my primary character. Oh! And a non-colored reference sheet of my main character showing front, back, and side views with face detail, that would be all.
Here are some examples of what they look like <insert link to visual or written description here>.
This all should cost about this much right? <insert suggestive price here>
My Paypal address is HuskyDog@husky.net"
A note like that is totally acceptable. And please please be sure to include your Paypal address the first message! That way if there is a slot open I can send you the invoice immediatly and get you locked in!
"What payment methods do you accept?"
Paypal only! very rare will I accept cash, being the only alternate source of payment. Paypal keeps records of transactions on both our ends, however you will still get a hand written receipt upon completion of payment.
I will need your Paypal address in the inquiry message as stated above so I can send you your invoice covering your order and your total. If you do not have a paypal, please mention it in your initial request so we can work out a way to get the transaction done.
NOTE!!!: Once you send payment, you are officially agreeing to my ToS! If any violation of my ToS, your payment will be immediately refunded the same way it was paid.
"How about discounts and specials? Might you have any?"
Of course! It is called 'Get the Difference' Even now I am running a program for those who may have paid a higher price in the past. How that works is simple-
Joel pays me 10USD for a flat sketch of his character in a pin-up.
Several months later I revise the price and it is significantly lower than what Joel originally paid.
If Joel contacts me back and provides his Paypal confirmation code (Which I too will have on file in a safe) to prove he paid this amount, I will draw the amount of pictures of his choice to make up the difference.
Meaning, he paid 10USD originally, now that the price is 2USD for that same style commission he will get an additional 4 drawings!
Another scenario (CGI/Mesh):
Joel buys a Mesh commission from me for 60USD
Several months pass and I come down on pricing for mesh commissions.
If Joel contacts me back, with his Paypal confirmation code to prove his original transaction of 60USD, he will be entitled to ONE free mesh of his choice.
The reason it is done that way is due to the variable pricing of CGI/Mesh work.
If you did not understand exactly how this discount works and have any questions in particular on how this system, please contact me! :)
"I noticed your prices fluctuate quite a bit; they will be higher sometimes and lower, if not significantly, othertimes, why is this?"
I change my prices based on my drawing ability and/or my overall mood. Example; when the winter months come around I am rather discouraged to draw and may not do much in the line of freework or even my own personal works, only commissions; also, if my hand is shaky and I feel that I can not put out, say, 10USD worth of quality, I will significantly lower the price to something I think is suiting due to my slippage in ability.
I consider 'slippage in ability' a number of things ranging from freetime to get the work done all the way to clean artwork (no smears, erasing, correct anatomy, etc). I also purposely do this to allow my above mentioned discount/coupon special to automatically go into effect when prices hit an all time low :)
"Is it possible to make monthly payments for commissions?"
Yes! For those of you who want a big project done and can not afford it all at once, I do accept payments.
Even if 2USD is 'too much' for you but you still want the slot with good intention on paying. I will hold the slot for you for a limited grace period.
How this works-
Kyle wants a sketch of three characters with a full background, his total comes to 20USD even, but is currently in a budget crunch with bills.
But, he wants this done anyway and has intention to pay so he submits a commission note/token.
I hold that slot for him for TWO WEEKS (2wks) after collecting his inquiry, allowing him to make the initial payment of at least 30% (6USD) or 50% (10USD) of the total during the two week grace.
After initial payment has been made, Kyle then has THIRTY DAYS (30days) to make another payment, or in this 20USD case, knock out the rest of what he owes.
Once a slot has been paid in full work on the bought items will be cued in line immediately :)
This works the same way for the more pricy works such as the CGI/Mesh, however, I do require a 15%-30% downpayment to lock in a commission within ONE WEEKS (1wk) for any CGI/Mesh related work. After the downpayment is collected I will get together with the customer to make out a payment plan agreement (much like when you buy a new auto)-
Kyle wants a mesh of his character and two others; his total comes to 150USD
He opts to pay 18% of the total price two days after initial inquiry, leaving him with 123USD to take care of.
However, Kyle is on a very strict budget and would like his expense to be as reasonably low as possible, so I make out a payment contract for him of nine months (9months) at 13.66USD due at the end of each month.
Once the nine months comes to pass and he has kept up with payments, his commission will be put in cue.
However, if he misses a payment, he will automatically void the contract (one-time payment miss is default unless something otherwise is worked out) and his slot will be canceled and go back into 'open' status with a full refund.
"Do you give refunds?"
Most definitely, however, Once the work has been started, no refunds will be given! If in doubt and have a feeling you may want a refund, note me before too long! If you see 'Started', 'In Progress', or any other indication of your commission having being started, you are automatically exempt from a refund and the work will be finished.
"So when should I expect my commission to be done?"
I do have a conscious and allow myself a MAX 2week turnaround, but generally turnaround time is often speedy if I have a few off days in my schedule :) and as I said above "No set dates unless specifically indicated or is agreed upon with the commissioner!". I also want to point out that this does NOT count for payment date! Meaning if you are the 5th person to grab a slot and pay in full, I am NOT likely to have your commission done within two weeks due to the 4 already ahead of you. The Turn-around clock does not start until your cue has made it to my 'Current Works' section. The day your name/icon appears there, Turn-Around times will then apply to you.
