I don't go for memes much, and never on FA.
The Rules:
- You must post these rules.
- Each tagged person must post 10 things about themselves on their journal.
- You have to choose and tag 10 people and post their icons on the same journal.
- Go to their pages and tell them you tagged them!
I'm not gonna tag anyone! do it if ya feel like it!
Ten things about me....
1: I've been in Furry fandom for over 20 years. To attend my first furry con, a friend and I drove 44 hours from Tampa to SoCal for ConFURence 2 in Anaheim.
2: I'll have been in furry exactly half my lifetime on 12/21/2012 (OMG END OF THE WORLD)
3: The first fursuit I ever made was a fuzzy fox-colored head sock. Thankfully no photos exist!
4: I was once an animator working on Hollywood Boulevard. Office was in the Hollywood Bank Building on the corner of Hollywood & Highland, before they built the big complex across from the El Capitan theater.
5: When I was little I wanted to be a scientist. I got as far as majoring in Physics in college before switching to Electrical Engineering.
6: When I was little I also wanted to be a mascot or theme park character. I've been both. As a mascot I even got to hoist the championship trophy.
7: My first fursona was a bunny. Influenced by Roger Rabbit and Rabbit from Winnie the Pooh. Some friends picked characters so Tigger was already taken.
8: I love fursuiting. I really enjoy getting into character, and I love borrowing suits as a challenge to get into a new character, or just plain be cute. Or sexy. Or scary. Or awesome. It's also very neat allowing the owner to see their character from outside. Note: if I ask to borrow your suit, don't feel obligated to say yes!
9: I was in a social fraternity in college, and have found a few brothers in fandom:
RedXIX
Foxwell
TOS
10: I love burritos. The biggest I'd ever tried was the 5 1/2 pound 14" Burritozilla at Iguana's, downtown San Jose. I ate half and saved half for the next day. I'd also done the El Tepayac Especial in Los Angeles, but split between 3 people.
Sooo... that's ten. Curious about anything? Lemme know! Or do this meme yourself too!

Do you get Max Cat out these days?
Female characters can be tougher since you have to pretend to be not just another species but another gender. Emphasizing the female movement helps sell the character, too. Dainty, delicate walk or maybe a diva's runway strut, depends on the character. Watch some cartoon ladies and see what stands out, both by mannerism and character. Lola Bunny moves differently than Gadget Hackwrench.
Good luck!
In regards to Mac Cat, he's a little "retired" right now. I'm having trouble with the left side of his moving jaw; every time I tried to fix it, it would just keep popping off resulting in the left side of his mouth staying open. I've been contemplating getting the head remade to make it more accurate to my drawings as well as making it fit me better (it's pretty baggy on me and it makes the character look a little stout), but I'm already spending enough money on Roxy right now.
Besides the fact I constantly lament being too big to be an awesome cute Howee? I will have to drown my sorrows in husky hugs! :)
I wonder if I should do this... maybe mix it up with things that those should know and maybe a couple things that nobody really knows... hmmm...
I wasn't sure how obscure I should get - I've done this ten things Meme on LJ like four times, but didn't compare them when I did this one. I'm sure there's some crossover!
