Anyway, if you would like to help run the group the following positions are available!!

Why do you feel you could best handle this position?
Do you have any ideas you can add to this position not already outlined in the description?

-never change the account password without authorization-
-never start or accelerate arguements among group members-
-report changes, ideas, problems, to the Head Admin and assistant admin-

---< Assistant Admin >--- (This position may require a group vote, please include a paragraph to have posted in a poll in case necessary)
- acts as an assistant to the head admin, and is authorized to act in place when necessary.
- when necessary steps in to help other admins with there tasks if need ( updating profile, writing journals, moderating )
-deletes all new journal entries on the 1st of each month, clears "new shouts" in the new messages window

- assures that group rules are being followed
- attempts to resolve conflicts among group members
- discourages flamewars, trolling, etc.
- if necessary has authority to hide comments and delete shouts ( preferably with the permission of either head or assistant Admins)

-In charge of writing monthly Journals
-If any members are in need of assistance, are holding special comissions, contests, etc may create extra journals for them
( remember that assistant admin will delete all new journal entries at the beginning of each month)
- deletes journal reply notifications in the "new messages" section (new journal comments ( NOT New Journals)

-organizes events such as contests, games, and chat sessions
-acts as moderator for group chat sessions
-Writes occasional journal entries for assessing con attendance, and for contests

---< Submission moderators >--- ( Art Mod, Writing Mod, photography mod, etc )
-in charge of sorting through art submissions, commenting on art and giving good critique when possible as a rep of the group
-removing "new message" submissions pertaining to your category by the end of each month

---< Ad Board/Submission Editor >---
- Edits a monthly Sticky journal to advertize artists with open commision slots, contests, or other sale items need advertisementment
-write a bi monthly journal for new comission opportunities from members or around FA, otherwise point out any updates made to the AD board
- adds 1 or 2 new submissions to the group page from a submission request journal

-edits static (stickied) journals such as memberlist, and new members journal
-deletes the "new watches" after watching all new members back, and adding them to the memberlist
