i-chan has just used her chaotic touch to restore Vex's car to working order, and it is running fine, but i-chan seems puzzled. SOMETHING is not right.
Vex is looking less than pleased, perhaps do to the fact that he has giant fish lips and catfish whiskers...and maybe MLP wings? The important thing is, he's been transmogrified in some way by the backwash of her mechanical "help".

She's got one finger extended as if she's just touched the engine to bring it back to life.
