I am coming up with something different in regards to traditional badges that I can sell at MFF in April. I have four traditional badges I still need to finish six digital icons/badges, and two commissions! So I am super busy but I've been coming up with something to add to the badges that I do to make them interesting. I made a new badge of my fursona with the idea and it turned out pretty good. Now I want to do another, but I don't really want to put work into a badge that won't be enjoyed so this is where you come in!
The badges use traditional media, colored pencils, fineliners, gel pens, markers etc, after the art is done I laminate the badge. What will make these badges different is that the design of the badge includes strands of beads in some fashion, from color coated beads that match the colors of a character, to pewter/metal pendant shapes that can represent a person and their fursona in some fashion. I can attach key rings to smaller badges, or they can have a dream catcher feel to them. Its really an idea I want to play with and challenge myself in being able to create a bead design around a character, every character receives their own personal bead badge design.
I want to do a bead badge for someone since I have the beads out and I've been playing with them (can't do digital art right now, I am in Omaha, NE currently visiting my mom.)

Because of all the work and materials I will be putting into the badge I'd really like to mail it to the person and that is how my art can become worthwhile, simply by being enjoyed. So if you're a person who is very big on not giving out your address in fear I might spend a ton of money I don't have and come and try to harm you then DO NOT request, I understand why you'd be leery but I want the badge to be used and worn, taken to a con and enjoyed, I will put a lot of work into it to try and build up my technique and create a final result that can be enjoyed. the mailing of the badge will not cost you anything, this is a request. I will contact you in private when I am ready to mail it! To be acknowledged for this badge you must say you 'would like to receive it in the mail' if you just request then I will not believe you read all of this.
The character/fursona must be an animal of some kind, no humans.
Give me an idea of colors/personality/likes of you/your fursona/character whatever you're requesting along with a link to a reference.

Personality- She is fun loving and goofy at times. She love cute things. Colors- She loves pretty bright colors (not neon) , glittery things, and animal print!

Likes: Steampunk, technology, and anything that looks/appears 'mystical'. This could be anything from a wiccan pendant (I own one that stands for protection/healing) to some random design that had a unique feel. As for his personality, he's incredibly withdrawn and could be considered exceedingly rude since he is brutally honest and will not hold back on saying what he thinks about someone. He's also very blunt. But if you're in trouble, he'll do what he can to help or get you out of it due to the incident that led to him losing his lower jaw.
I won't be ably to attend any cons until next year, but I'd love to have one regardless :)

Personally, I'd love that badge... I don't have any yet, and I just updated my fursona, and she hasn't been drawn by anyone else yet either... I am making my first fursuit this summer, and plan to attend my first con this October, FurFright ^^
This is my fursona, http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/2391283/ . She has a mirror personality of me, so she's very easy going and outgoing too, but she's also very wise beyond her years. Although she's normally kind and puts others' happiness before her own, she also can become very dark and vicious when something bad has happened to her or her friends. She's also very protective of her friends and family, has phases of being heartbroken.

If you look on the bottom of the page you can see she gave me person to permission to make the suit and use the character. I am going to call her Liberty Belle :)
