Okay, so it's not a real charity. But I'd really appreciate it.
Unfortunately, I have to leave my lizard, dog, and snakes behind when college comes around next year, and you all know how attached I am to my snakes. I've never NOT had an animal living with me, and needless to say, I am not about to let those four years be any exception.
I'm planning to get an apartment off-campus instead of a dorm, because according to dad, it's cheaper anyway and I don't have to worry about dorm rules. So, I've decided that after seven or eight years of longing for one, I'm going to try to buy a small parrot to keep me company. Because humans get annoying as fuck, more so than any parrot waking you up with a scream.
Unfortunately, parrots are freaking expensive. I'm figuring roughly $200 for the cage, $200 for initial toys, food, and accessories, and the species I'm looking at (the two caique species and meyers parrot) are usually around $500 - 800. So I'll say a total of $1200, to be safe.
I know money's tight for everyone right now, and honestly
ska needs donations more, but I'd really appreciate it if you guys could help me out a bit here. Mom doesn't want me to get a job because then we'll get more financial aid for college, so yeah.
So. What will I do for you? Well first off, I'm going to try making bookmarks. I'll probably sell them for $15 each, but I'm honestly not sure yet. Second, you'll get a bonus.
