Current Housing Situation - Roommate Needed - Maitland, FL

I wanted to share with all of you that I didnt move. I was able to talk the current owner of the house I in is willing to lower rent from $850 to $700 a month, so It will get me time to find another roommate.
This arises the question to all of you out there -- If anyone lives in the Greater Orlando Area and would like to help me out with rent, please PM me.
Everything would be split ½ way: (the figures below are the prices you would pay)
½ Rent $350
½ Elec ~$120
½ Brighthouse Employee Benefits ~$20 (All the cable channels, RR Lightning Internet (40x5 MBit's), Unlim. Nationwide Phone)
½ Water ~$30
Food can either be bought as a purchase and we share those costs, or you can purchase your own.
One Pet up to 20lbs is a $250 NON-REFUNDABLE Fee.
You would be responsible for your half of Security Deposit (½ of $850).
You need to be clean, respectful, have a job (or lots of money) and dependable. If there are any questions, please ask via Note.

Anyway, I figured I'd ask if you think 2 ferrets would be ok as pets there? They're very small and are in a cage until I let them out to play at certain times of the day (always when I'm home because they have to be watched lol). If that's cool, and you'd like to know a little bit about me just shoot me a note here :)
