OLD commission info (incorrect now!!)

i use the dark theme, therefore my profile and journals cater to it. i apologize if it's difficult to read in the light theme, though i did try to use colors that would be easily visible on either; however, if you can't, highlighting the text should provide enough contrast to read it :3 the prices, rules and information in this are now invalid; the only real service this is good for now is to see some ideas of other things i can draw, besides a regular picture.

i know it looks long, but a lot of it is just prices for different kinds of pictures; however, the stuff below the 'read everything below this' line in red is important, that's why i included it! so please take the time to read it :3

a quickly-colored bust sketch of your character, as a kemonomimi. this works whether your character is a furry, already a kemonomimi, or a human! if they aren't already one, then i need to know what skin color your character would have, and whether you want them to have human ears or not. (for humans, i need to know what kind/color animal ears.) i'm best at girls and androgynous boys, but i'll try others, too!

you provide the picture, and i color it, anything from flat colors to detailed and shaded.
the catch: if it's someone's art other than your own, you need to get permission from that artist first, and have them tell me it's okay. (sorry, i've seen what happens when the artist themself isn't the one to give the okay. not setting myself up for that.) also, i won't work on anything that's rated mature or adult due to 'adult bits', sorry.
cost: prices for this will vary depending on the piece and the desired amount of detail. contact me with what you'd like, and i'll let you know how much it would be.

i decided i'd try and offer art by-the-hour this year, too. basically, this works if you've got an idea but it doesn't fit into the available categories. i'd stream the whole thing, and keep talk on my end to a minimum. streams could either be private (i just send you the link) or public (i'd post a streaming picture like i usually do). this is the only way to get colored art from me that isn't an adoptable right now.

*differences between shading: 'basic' shading is one color (i usually use purple or blue) to shade the whole picture with, whereas 'complex' shading is a different color for each color in the picture (i.e. maroon for red, navy for blue, and goldenrod for yellow). all shading is 'soft' shading, as i've seen it called on here, not cel-shading.
reference sheets
i'll do these, but they're expensive. for the base price, you get a front and back pose, as well as close ups of any specific markings and your character's eyes, with a color palette and any text you'd like.

~what do i need? a reference of your character (preferably visual, though i can try and go off of a well-described textual one), the type of expression you'd like, background and lineart color/s, and any extra info you think i should know :3
~how big are they? huge. the size i upload to fa is usually about 1/2-1/3 of the size. (exceptions being the eggs and eyes, which are full size) i'll gladly resize to whatever size you'd like, though :3
~background color/ gradient and character name(s) are standard with drawings, if you so choose.
