--- Double Trouble State Park Fur Meet --- Address Confirmed

Double Trouble State Park won the majority of votes (only by a few), so our next meet will take place there, on August 6th, 2011. Yes, I understand it's a big gap but I've gotten a lot of notes and comments requesting that it be later on, a lot of people are currently on vacation, or are going to be out of state for most of july, and it's also plenty of time to request off from yout job if need be, so I respect their requests and made it at a later date. But don't worry, it'll come up fast!
We will be hiking, swimming, grilling(maybe) and picnicking(for sure).
We will meet at 2'o'clock PM on that Saturday afternoon at the entrance located at the intersection of Pinewald Kinswick Road and Double Trouble Road.
This is the ONLY entrance to the park. There is a huge sign out front (click here) it's hard to miss. We will all be meeting in this parking lot before we head off into the park. If you're worried about your GPS system not telling you how to get there, search "Double Trouble" in the parks/recreation section of the program.
I will be there around 11 myself out meeting area will be in the parking lot/car area, I will probably wait there for an hour or so for people to start showing up, around 12PM we'll start heading out on a hike towards the creek. It's a fairly long walk depending on which creek we decide to go too, either way please be prepared to do some walking.
You're more than welcome to come later than that, I will offer my cell phone number to people who would like to/or need to show up later than between 11 and 12 so I can tell you our location. My phone calls & texts, so whichever you're comfortable with. I will try to check my phone as frequently as I can for those of you who have my number.
We will be picnicking at this event, so it would be appreciated that everyone bring something with them, and if you're nervous about there not being enough food you're more than welcome to pack your own meal for yourself.
Items we'll need for the picnic:
-Bread
-Lunch Meat of some kind
-Cups
-Soda
-Juice
-Bottled water - vimpelt
-Paper plates
-Plastic cups
-Napkins
-Chips
- Side Dishes (Like potato salad ect.)?
-Garbage bags / Bins-or-buckets (optional)
-Anything else you wanna bring with you.
Things are not limited to this list, if you have other things you can suggest or you'd like to bring along feel free to do so. Example: A turkey wrap-platter from BJs.
It would be greatly appreciated if you would volunteer to bring at least one thing, since we will be sharing with everyone.
We also ask those of you who will be bringing food arrive before 1'o'clock because we will be setting up our area as soon as we arrive on the site, and will probably have lunch between 2-3PM.
How much of it will you have to bring with you???

If you're not 100% sure you can make it DON'T rspv or apply for food supplier until you're ONE HUNDRED AND TEN PERCENT you can show.
People who are bringing food, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE try to be there, if you have something important like cups and you don't show the rest of us are screwed. We wouldn't even be able to drink.

KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR MORE JOURNALS REGARDING THIS MEET, the street address is still iffy, so please make sure you keep yourself updated in case it changes. It would suck if you drove to the wrong entrance.
