Free Story Commission Contest
Just a heads up for those who haven't noticed yet:
I'm offering another free story commission, in contest form.
Hidden in this story is a geeky comic book reference**. If you can find it, point it out, and explain it in full, I will write a story for you.
Previous contest winners are not eligible for 6 months from time of winning.
Story details:
- I will choose the length - probably around 10 pages.
- Story will have 2 characters (for free - see below*). You may include a character of you own, if you wish. You may also request I include any character of mine. Either or both.
- Any level of explicitness is allowed. Fetishes negotiated individually, but most are ok, especially if you stick to 1-2 at a time (more time-consuming requests may not be available for free). See my commission info for hard limits. Clean is fine too, if you like.
- Story setting or theme must be extra geeky (because I'm a super nerd, and nerds are awesome). Examples include comics style superheroes, pirate on ninja, mad science, etc. I won't do fanfic of established characters, but species from established fiction, if I know it, is fair game and counts as geek-o-rific (i.e. klingons, wookies, gnolls, m'fashnik demons, na'vi, etc). Sorry guys, I know nothing about pokemon or digimon. I know, I know, we're furries, what could be geekier, but for the purposes of this story, furry doesn't count as geeky. *shrug* We have to take this a step beyond. *wicked grin*
please feel free to let others know about this contest. Spread the word far and wide, if you so desire.
Also, be aware that I am open for paid commissions (one at a time). Theme and characters dictated by the commissioner, of course, for along the lines of $0.02 per word, which is about half what I made on my first published contract. See, it's a super sweet deal! You set the word count maximum before I start, and I do my best to fulfill your request in that many words or less.
Heheh. actually, this is an awesome business model. I'm going to update my commission info to reflect it. And yes, if you want to commission a $2 paragraph, go right ahead. No guarantees I can fit much story in that little space, but I'm happy to try. PM me if you want one.
Anyway. go read Invention and see if you can find the hidden comic book reference. (story is explicit heterosexual porn, with light consensual bondage, complex robotic sex toys, a white cyborg rat babe, and a mongoose male - written for previous free story winner
DataPacRat)
Post your idea of the hidden reference as a comment to this journal, or to the story.
Good Luck!
* Group sex takes longer to write, so if you want more than 2 total characters, you have the option of paying a special rate of $5 per extra character if they're mine/invented by me. $10 if they're an established character I didn't write (to cover my time researching how to write them correctly). I need creator's direct permission to use any established character.
---
[edit] ** clarification: the reference is from a classic comic book. NOT a webcomic. Heck, as a hint, I'll even add that it's from one of the big time publishing houses. No obscure indie reference - just ... hidden.
[edit] contest has been won! See this journal for details.

FA+

Rakutenka has that shirt, and I thought it was perfect for Dee (DataPacRat agreed, to my joy). I didn't realize it was from xkcd. I do love that webcomic.
But yeah, this is from a classic comic book, not a webcomic, and it's less overt. I'll add that to the journal as a hint.
Feel free to take another stab, if you think of one (or several).
Vague enough?
I asked my boyfriend, and he brought it up (I had thought of it but thought it was waaaay to obvious to be 'hidden' lol). He should get the story but he said he didn't want it and wanted me to have it <3 I love him so much.
I'm very glad someone finally saw it.
