My friend's brother Reamonn is hoping to go on a house-building trip in Cambodia, to build houses for people affected by poverty there. It helps heaps of people. He's started fundraising a little late, though.
Next Sunday (17 July), at 8:30 at the Bridgeway cinema, they have rented out a cinema to watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2.
But there are 150 SEATS TO GET BUTTS ON!
It's pretty cheap, $15 for students/children and $20 for adults. That's like, if you buy one less commission you can come see this awesome movie AND help children in Cambodia in the long run!
But here's the thing, if they DON'T get 150 people going, THEY CAN'T DO IT and Reamonn gets NO FUNDS to help the poor in Cambodia. So invite AS MANY FRIENDS AS POSSIBLE! BE A COOL KID! No you'll be the COOLEST KID IN THE PLAYGROUND. THE COOLEST.
