Hi there! Just wanted to lay down a few rules of our TOS
We DO NOT make copyright characters upon request. We will on occasion make one for auction.
If you are under the age of 18 please get parental permission to order from us (we will have a document for you to print and sign shortly)
We do offer refunds only after you have sent it back to us and give us a second chance to repair. If you aren't happy the second time then will refund once you sent the suit or parts back to us.
We do not give full refunds. Money that goes towards materials and shipping is NONE REFUNDABLE (usually about 30%)
We are willing to work on deadlines as long as we have the time in our schedule. Remember we still have jobs and school to keep up with, suits come after that.
You may cancel an order at any time BEFORE we send you final photos.
We are willing to work out payment plans for fullsuits, partials, and heads only.
Small parts most be paid for in full upfront.
We require a detailed drawing of the character you would like made. We apologize but working with just written descriptions is a tad difficult for us (except with small items)
