1. I reserve the right to deny anyone of doing a plushie if i feel the character is to difficult.
2. I also reserve the right to raise the price if i feel i need to based on complexity, fabric is not cheap.
3. If you paid in full *which is required* on a plushie and i finish it an you decide you do not like i will NOT refund you and will NOT redo the plushie. If i take the time to actually finish it and produce the product and it is not liked/wanted i do not see why i should refund, most of the money goes towards fabrics anyways.
4. you MUST choose a pattern you want it to be similar to. I do not appreciate when i provide examples of plushies and people are blunt when they do not like what i present to them, the customer must chose the pattern or i will decide the pattern for them PERIOD.
5. do NOT ask me EVERY DAY about plushies, plushies take 3-5 days determining on difficulty. I also have a job so i can not work on plushies until after work, which is 7pm, or 9pm, it fluctuates. please be patient, and remember that the prices i ask for plushies are mostly for fabric and not for MY TIME.
6. I will not cut ahead of any one to do your plushie, where you are placed on the list is the order i will go in, i will only jump around from plushie to plushie in trades, not commissions.
7. Plushie slots are first come first serve, i will open them after half of my commissoin list and half of my trade list is cleared again.
8. shipping will not be done right away, if i do not ship on time it does not me im avoiding it, i have a job, its hard to get to the post office for me. If i dont ship your plushie at a time you desire I WILL NOT REFUND YOU ,esepcially IF I FINISH THE PLUSHIE.

FOR TRADES:
1. I will determine if i want to make a plushie for trade, in return you MUST draw 4 pictures for me unless stated otherwise, money goes into all the plushies i make, so i will not just accept 1 picture, the least i will expect is 2.
2. I will trade plushies for plushies *such as pokemon plushies and stuff* you MUST send your half of the trade first.
3. i WILL NOT do my half of the plushie until AT LEAST one half of your part is finished.
4. i will post in a journal when i am open for trades.

FOR GIFTS:
1. gifts are done for FRIENDS only.
2. gifts are NEVER asked for and are done ON MY TIME.
3. gifts will not be done often.
