Under the "Active" section, projects are arranged by their place in queue. Please note that due to circumstances such as material availability the order may sometimes shuffle slightly.
It was a suggested that I get a blog, but I think it would be easier (for now) for me to post my commissions' and personal projects' status and link to it on my profile so anyone can see at any time what I'm up to. I will continue to send my clients private email updates but this is a good overview to see where a particular costume stands relative to the rest of my work load.

I'm too busy right now for new work but I should be open again around July. Gimme a shout then?
Want a tail instead? I've got lots of big fox tails in assorted colors and I'm OK with convention pick-up.
I've got that one. I regret that I don't have time to make any new or custom tails :(

Ya know, plus I love to make dragons ^.=.^
I should mention that Life is happening so I can't really guarantee wtf is going on at this point. I may need some zen time after this round, but we'll see.
As for payment stuff, I do 30% of the total when you hire me, 40% when it's your turn in queue, and the last 30% + shipping when it's done. I like to stick to this without making exceptions because it's sooo much easier for me to keep track of things!
