I really really need all your guys help. I really need to go to physical therapy cause my arms are just getting worse and worse and causing me so much pain to the point where I can't sleep on them anymore. I already can't actually lift anything, this including my backpack.

I really need commissions and I don't ask for a lot of money for any of them.
