Hey guys, I need to get some grocery shopping done tomorrow and since I went on that trip, my funds are just a tad low. So I'm going to be doing some discounts on commissions. Here is the current flat rate I'm going to do.

Would that be a problem? I read your payment policy, but it doesn't say anything about you not starting until you get the money or anything.
I'd love to commission you, but I don't have the money now, and It'll be a while until I can use that money.
