For your first example, I'd pay at least $5, though I think it would be reasonable for you to charge $10 for it, too.

For the second example, I'd say anywhere between $15 to $25.

For the third example, I'd be willing to pay anywhere between $20 and $30-35 for it.

Since all of your examples have just one character, I'm assuming each price range covers just the one, and I'd say that multiple-character commissions would be easily worth more.

What else? Well some simple ref sheets might be nice. It wouldn't have to be anything too complicated, just something like a front and back shot of a character.

I hope this helps, and you get several more people chiming in as well.

For a sketch like that, I think that $5 would be a good price.
For Lineart, I would like to see an example, but judging by your art already, I would have to say possibly $10.
For digitally colored with simple shading, and knowing how hard it can be, I would have to say between $15 and $20.
For digitally colored with complex shading, mayhaps $25.

These prices are all based on how well your art is compaired to others I have seen, and what seems fair for what is being gotten.

Standing before you is a most beautiful of creatures. The first thing you notice about her is that she is a strawberry tiger. Her dark orange stripes off set her lighter orange fur. Her belly and limbs are an almost pure white, with just a light tinting of orange. Her tail swishes about behind her with her orange stripes standing out against white
fur. Her paws stay amazingly clean for one of that walks the land, as they are always a prestine white.
She stands before you naked as the day she was born. Her white fur shows off her DD breast quite nicly in contraste to her orange fur. A hinting of two dark pink nipples shows through the thinner fur at the center of her breasts. As your gaze moves about her waist, you can't help but notice the thin gold chain that sits just above her hips. This chain supports a short dagger with a beautifully sculpted tigers head on the hilt. She never intends to use it unless you try to harm her. Covering her mound is a soft fluff of white fur striped with light orange, the only off coloring to the front of her body. About her neck is a pendent on a golden chain, much like the belly chain. On one side of the white gold pendent is an impression of her tiger mother, on the other, an impression of her falcon father. The only other thing that adorns her body is an Irish claddagh on her right pinky finger.
She walks with a sure stride, never missing a beat. Her tail swishes about behind her, flowing with her hips as they rock back and forth with each step. She may seem a little cocky to some, but she is just proud of who and what she is. No one can get her down when she is in a good mood, which is almost always. Her smile is small and sweet, her eyes glow with intelligence as she looks about her. When she notices you looking at her, she gives you a smile and a small tail wave.
If she happens to know you, she may even say hi. Her head bows in respect for others that she does not know.

Just rough estimates based around the prices your suggested prices and what I see other artists charging. This method also gives buyers a few more options, for instance a complex shading with no background or simple shading with a complex background. Higher end on pricing could be for more complex characters. For instance, a simple character with complex shading and no background could be more in the $18 area while a more complex character with the same shading option and a complex background might be more around $25. Of course prices could be tweaked to what you're comfortable with.

I think honestly that your prices you have are pretty well set they dont seem high or anything but you could always add in a name your price option and depending on what they offer up suggest a type of picture. but with the background i would give the option for the simple one and the complex.

My character has, actually, never been drawn. Her name is Guinevere Adams. She loves high-end fashion and couture. She's four feet, eleven and a half inches tall, natural-coloration cheetah, with bright-but-pale blue eyes. She's modest, but provocative in an accidental way. She shows just enough to attract notice, while still remaining covered. I'd like to see what swimsuit ideas you get out of this, personally. Sorry I don't have too much.
