Chain Mail Commissions: Prices and TOS

CUE WALL OF TEXT!!!!
Chain Mail Commissions:
Basic Prices -
Bracelets: $15+, depending on style and length. Default length for most bracelet styles is 7.5", however cost does increase if the chain pattern requires an increased number of rings.
Necklaces: $35+, depending on style and length. Default length ranges from 16-18" and cost increases with patterns requiring more rings and extended lengths.
More jewelry styles will be added as I develope them.
Clasps: Clasps can either be default toggles or lobster claws. I also offer the option to find more fashion-oriented clasps and toggles at a small price increase (we're talking $.50-$1.00, seriously).
TOS: PLEASE READ! Updates will be announced.
Payment:
Full payment is required up front. This helps cover material costs and overhead such as driving for materials.
Canceling:
I understand that sometimes things don't work out. Refunds will be given in full if the piece has not been started when you request a cancelation. However, if 50% is completed, I reserve the right to keep 50% of the payment. If the piece is already completed, I cannot issue a refund unless something is horribly wrong with it at my fault. I also reserve the right to sell completed pieces to others or to finish partially completed pieces to sell as well.
Notes and Questions:
I don't mind if you note me about your piece! I provide progress pictures upon request, will take photos of myself or other models wearing them, etc. However, please don't pester about progress if a due date was given. I promise to have all pieces finished by the time they are promised if a due date is required. :) Emails are ok too!
My Rights:
By commissioning me, you give me the right to post your commission as I see fit as an example of what I can do. If it is a gift, I can hold off on posting it until after it is given. If you have another reason for not wanting it shown, we can discuss it.
I reserve the right to refuse commissions. It happens very rarely, but I feel the need to make this clear. :)
Other info:
1. All of my pieces are custome made, and I spend a large amount of time making sure each individual ring is in good shape. I sand down any rough spots by hand to insure there is no scratching or discomfort caused by my pieces. By purchasing from me you understand that while I have to buy from this provider, there is a small chance of some rough edges slipping past me. I do my best to remove them. If there are multiple rough spots that cause an unacceptable level of discomfort I will try and repair them at no charge except shipping cost back to you (I will cover shipping back to me).
2. I purchase rings for projects from a local supplier for the time being. Please be aware that I try and match color lots as best as possible, but even in one package there may be slight color variations. It happens when coloring aluminum.
3. By default, I use aluminum rings. Other metals may be requested, however there is a waiting period for the rings to arrive as I have to order them from an outside source. This delay cannot be avoided, as it is impractical at this time for me to order large amounts of other metals without a project waiting. I'm sorry :(
4. Shipping: I try and price shipping fairly, but I am required to add a small handling fee for shipping materials, time and driving. It's not large, only 1-3 dollars depending on pieces. :) Aluminum jewelry doesn't tend to weigh much, and I will always give estimates upon request.
