I feel it's is about time I announce my true intentions in getting situated here.
I'm planning on a portfolio series. I don't know how much info I should divulge yet so I'll keep this simple.
This is something I feel I need to start doing to remain relevant. I've never done this before but I have a grand idea that has yet to be done before within this site as far as I know. So I intend to undertake this as a means to cater to a seldom mentioned crowd.
In order to do this I need to get a head start on the bills and not have to stress these things while I work on unpaid work. I can also take breaks and finish up on past obligations as well, so this is an all around attempt to alleviate some of the weight of these past obligations. As such I'm going to call out to the fandom once more for a kickstart. A fund raiser all for bill money while I work on this project exclusively for you guys.
This is also but a precursor to other future projects such as comics and more detailed, higher quality work. So I do hope you all find it to be worth a donation to the cause.
My ideal target is $1000 total, to stave off the expenses for about two months. But to be frank, anything will help at this point. Being pressed for time is the only reason I'm dropping this news right now, else I'd have waited until next month or so.
