She enjoys portraying herself as a half-aware and dimwitted beast, drunken in the stupor of her own bodily composure.Some people wouldn't "stoop as low" as to pick up a single penny from the ground.
Some people wouldn't "sink" as low as to pick up a portion of food from the ground and bring it to their mouths to consume it.
But what would you do in this same predicament if you had neither income nor stocked produce to sustain your malnurtured kin let alone your own life?-
