Stream Policies

General
This journal will be used as a reference for the guidelines of my streams. I want to be perfectly clear to all of you what is okay, what is not, and how I expect to deal with each given situation.
This is all a growing process, so the rules will change and develop to see what works best!
INFORMATION:
-Time: I'll be posting them up in the footer of my journals. If there's a stream coming up, I'll mark the journal title with [STREAM] to indicate there will be one soon!
-Place: Currently, I'm using Join.me for Video[/b], and Tinychat for audio! Much cleaner, more CPU efficient, and much higher quality. No ads too!
I've used Livestream Procaster/Webcaster, and that has not worked for me. Noms my CPU like mad, and the video/audio quality is a hassle. The chat isn't efficient for displaying messages for me either, I have to check back and forth all the time.
-The Chat: Chat in Join.me. You will be given a viewer number. Click the person icon menu bar, there will be a list of names, yours being the first one saying "Viewer [#]". Click on that, and then type in your name!
YOUR EXPECTATIONS:
-Fairness: I will try to address your concerns as best as I can. I want a good relationship between my watchers and myself. Without you guys watching, it wouldn't be much of a stream!
-Equality: No one, regardless of age, notoriety, art field, or background will be excluded. I want my stream to be inclusive, and constructive.
-Communication: Don't be afraid to speak up! Feel comfortable to share what's on your mind. Even the most random things are totally cool! If you are concerned about something and want to address it privately, note me. I will try my best to get back to you with a solid response.
-Involvement: Get involved! I feel honored when someone feels like they're learning something in my stream. Ask questions, talk with people, create new friends! Everyone has something cool about them they can share. Everyone knows something I don't, so let's all learn together!
MY EXPECTATIONS:
-Respect: Treat me and others with respect, and we will return the favor. If you are destructive, or use your words to harm others, I will address it to you. Multiple violations of respect will result in me removing you from the stream.
-Drama: No shit talking. It opens up a gateway of negativity and anger. It is destructive, and it spreads. Nothing gets done. We can share how we feel if we are hurt and support each other, but if it plummets to a verbal duel, you're out.
-Maturity: If you have friction with someone, deal with it outside of the stream. If you act like an adult, we'll respect you like one. If you are emotionally steamed, take a break, come back to me when you're calm and can address your situation maturely. Being childish will go nowhere but outside.
-Competitiveness: Don't be salty if there's a raffle you don't win. The majority of people don't, and it's trivial to get worked up about it. I don't want to hear you complaining how you never win because I'm trying to do something cool for others. It'll question drawing gifts for folks on the stream, and then no one has a chance to win. Everyone loses.
-Sex: Public display of affection is cool, but don't be vulgar. It'll make watchers uncomfortable, and myself uncomfortable. No Role Playing sex. Use the "*" for correcting typos.
If you have any suggestions, concerns, changes you want, comment here! Help me help you guys have a fun stream!
