I am nearly done all the art I owe from requests, commissions, and raffles, and now I have the chance to start something new, or change what I do a bit.
My question is this, what do you guys want? I cater to you as my friends and potential customers. I need to make money, since I'm out of work, but I also want you guys to have fun. So I'd like you to take a minute and vote on some things, or add in your own reasoning.

THINGS YOU WANT TO SEE MORE OF
Regular commissions- Me upping my prices or being more negotiable, and doing personal artwork
Adoptables- I tried this before and it didn't work very well, but I think my art has evolved since then, and I can guarantee some adorable pets n such
Auctions- Never tried this, but I could just do big pieces of art and sell them to you. They'd be pretty but not personal.
Stories and Poetry- I did a few of these a couple months ago and got some nice feedback. Would you be willing to pay for written artwork? Let me know :)
Themed "Slot" Style promotions- with Halloween coming up I was thinking of doing some costume pictures. Maybe 10 or so at 5$ a piece? Does that sound fair? Let me know :)
Raffles- My 1$ raffles have been successes, but would you like more of them? They are really fun to do.
Lovebomb Packages- this is a concept I came up with but haven't announced yet. A lovebomb is a gift you can purchase for someone else (or yourself) and it consists off 1 full color page of the subject, 1 group shot of you and whomever you pick, plus up to 3 more friends, a new ref sheet or vanity page for them, and a pack of 5 sketches for them of whatever they like. Basically a big blast of love from you to them. It's tentatively priced at 60$
Iron Artist Challenges- Okay so the 2 IAC's that I've done have been massive successes and I know everyone would want more of them, but it does chew up my week. What I want is ideas for when/ how often to hold them.
Badges- I've never done badges, but I do have a flair for design and such. Would you like to see me do them?
Icons- I've done a couple of these and I think they turn out really well. Please let me know if you'd like to see more.
"Classes"- this is another new concept. My idea is to teach technique via stream and maybe ventrillo. I would use join.me to show different techniques and methods of shading, composition, and figure drawing to a "class" every week or so. You could buy a pass for the stream or donate. How does that sound?
Please spread this around if you can, it would mean a lot :)
♥ to all of you

You find the refs?
I'm not sure, but I'm pretty sure most artists charge for slots in IA, and I'm sure you could get some money that way. If you charged a buck or two, that'd work awesome, I'd think. :P
Your raffles also seem like they're working, so long as you don't get people who give you a bunch of money in order to brute force their way into the top prize. Maybe a limit on the number of tickets someone can buy? Encouraging people to buy commissions if they want more than the limit? Probably not the best of ideas to limit income, but it may help out a little bit with the commissions too.
Everything else seems like good ideas, but possibly ones you should experiment a bit with, to see what works, and what doesn't. Definitely badges and icons, although, you'll probably want to focus on badges around convention time, especially around AC.
Lovebombs seems like a REALLY good idea, but you might want to tinker with what comes in it, and how much it is. Just seems like a lots of stuff. Probably a smaller version without a group image? (imo :/ )
Stories, adoptables, and auctions seem like they might be tough sells, but you might be able to figure something out. Stories just seem like they'd be TOO personal, adoptables and auctions likely wouldn't be personal enough. But, that being said, you might be able to figure out some other way to drive up demand.
Anyways, best of luck with your endeavors, and let me know if you need anything. :3
BUT... what I have hardly seen so far is someone who tries to identify someone's fursona. You know, interview a client and try and work out what their animal spirit is... kinda... sorta... know what I mean? If you do that AND include doing their fursuit art commission all in the same price, I am sure you would get a bigger reputation.
I always find it interesting to see how new fursuiters react to discovering what their fursona is. Even I haven't come up with a definite name for my suit yet. I have a feeling I will know when I wear it for the first time.
BUT... I am willing to be your first guinea pig?
