These are the artists that I've had pretty good experiences with in my time here as a commissioner, and have commissioned at least a few times:
fydbac Professionally polished attitude and process, wide range of art types available. Almost always open on the weekends for streamed or overnight commissions!
magicalzombie Cute anime style, friendly and accommodating, draws many species and body types!
combatraccoon Friendly, unique cartoon-y style, often open for sketches with a fast turnaround!
whimsydreams and 
mise Both open for weekly weekend streams, and offer some adorable and cool looking art! The stream has a very friendly atmosphere, and they both love to talk to everyone in the stream!
