I am going to be opening a contest for free art stuffs! That's right, I said free.

So basicly I want to open this contest for a picture idea that I had. Pretty much I'm looking for five other characters to be featured in the picture for a giant collage of awesome. Now, now... I know what you're thinking "But, Tiir! How would that even work?"

The picture will be of the steam punk setting (Different ones will come one at a time) and will be in a setting of my choosing depending on what characters I choose. I'm looking for really interesting characters and perhaps very strange hybrids. I'm mostly doing this to perfect skills that I don't quite have yet, so I want all kinds of practice.

I can't stress this enough for folks to pimp this journal. You'll see in the contest prizes.

Contest Rules and Regulations


- This is a contest for watchers only. You guys rock. But I'm not saying you can't watch me and then enter. :3
- This is a open contest which means that you can submit as many characters as you would like with as many accounts as you'd like.
- All entries must be made with some kind of reference. They must be linked in this journal.
- If you want to be eligible for community choice you must have references linked to this journal.
- All entries made with out a ref of some kind will be ignored.
- Refer as many friends as you'd like. I will look at EVERY entry, and I want as many to peruse through as possible.
- As per the prizes, more entries gives a higher chance of winning, so refer as many friends as possible!
- Community choice cannot be any of the winners. It is a chance for someone else to win
- All five characters of my choosing will be featured in the picture. Only three of my choosing will win the prizes, however.
- If you referred someone to the contest and their character is chosen, win a prize! One inked sketch! (See prizes below.)

Prizes!

First place: Will receive one free full digital color picture featuring one other character of their choosing, also including the picture for which the contest is taking place.
Second place: Will receive one free inked flat color of their character in and fashion they so choose.
Third place: Will receive one inked sketch
Community Choice: Will receive one free full digital color picture featuring one other character of their choosing.
Referral Bonus!: One free inked sketch for every single person who is chosen from your referral. Just make sure they inform me after they're chosen in a note!

This is a contest that I am super excited about. I'm going to leave this open for a while so that everyone has a chance to submit as much as possible. I can't wait to get this one on the road so I can start another! I'm open to ideas on the next one, so think long and hard about it. Heck, I might toss out a "Thanks for helping me be lazy" prize just for that!
