You post a comment on this journal using the form. Each user can get an unlimited number of icons. Slots are per commissioner, not per icon.
You pick your favorite monster for theme! Be it vampire, zombie, werewolf, pick a baddie and I'll come up with the rest!
Make sure you post extra info, like "include little bell" "winky face plz" "no blood" "crazy creepy grin" Otherwise I'll go with what I feel with the general theme :3
