BY COMMISSIONING ART FROM ME YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS
*Payment is upfront, in full, in USD, and prices are Non-negotiable
*I currently only accept PAYPAL
▫️ I use PayPal invoices; the dollar amount on the invoice includes a transfer fee of up to 7%. If you are not willing to pay the fee, please do not commission art from me
*I will not start until after Paypal processes the full payment.
▫️ I do not offer refunds after I start a commission, but I will cancel an unpaid invoice
*When you commission me, please provide as much information as you can. Detailed descriptions and/or up-to-date reference sheets help me create a piece that is closer to what you want, so we are all happy ^_^ Don't be shy; please tell me what you want from the get-go. I promise you won't offend me.
When doing a colored pic, I will send you the vector line art for that pic so you can approve it before I move on to next step, which is basic color. I will show you that as well, and once the basic color is approved I will finish up.
*I have a particular style that I do not like to deviate from, so please do not ask me to draw in someone else's style. If you like the style of another artist, please support that artist by reaching out to them for your commission instead. Please familiarize yourself with how I draw, how I color, and how I set up my images; yours will be along the same line.
▫️ If your character is overly complex (intricate markings, large wings, copious spikes, etc.) there may be a complex character fee of 20%; some characters may be charged more depending on the degree of complexity
*Characters without a clear visual reference (Such as incoherent text description, multiple non-reference images, or color swatches that make details difficult to see) will incur an additional fee to fix any mistakes or miscommunications. I will let you know if your reference(s) falls under the umbrella of "unclear" before finalization of your order. I prefer to have a single reference for a character; multiple images with inconsistencies are confusing. It is likely I will not even attempt these unless I am creating a reference sheet.
▫️ I add lots of overlays and color to my art; this can often lead to colors of characters looking different or "off." If this is something you do not want in your finished picture please tell me BEFORE I start your commission. Otherwise, any changes will come with a 1$ fee
*If you have a problem with your image, tell me and I will do my best to fix it. Allow some freedom with your character(s), however, as I'm NOT a magician. I promise to complete accepted commissions in a timely manner
*I am more than willing to fix any issues you have with a commission of my own fault; however, I will not make changes to the final image after it has been posted. If you have forgotten to provide a physical detail about your character, and the commission is beyond the basic color stage, there will be an extra fee to fix it. This is why I ask you to approve the line art and basic color stages. For example, if I have completed your commission (the shading and detailed coloring are done), and you choose that time to tell me for the first time, "Oh, wait, this character is supposed to be wearing glasses!" you will be charged extra. You should have either a) included the glasses in the references provided to me, or b) let me know about the desire to add glasses when I asked your approval on the line art stage.
*If I do make mistakes on your piece, please tell me ALL the details that need to be fixed, otherwise, I will charge for additional changes every time I have to re-upload the image
*While I am willing to make fixes/changes, I may refuse if I decide that the commissioner is being too picky, indecisive, or belligerent
*As stated above, after the Image is finished, approved and posted you may NOT make any more changes.
*Once you have your art, you may post it on your page or on another site as long as I am sourced. You may NOT resell the art.
*Do not remove my signature or Watermarks from any of my products.
*You must be willing to collaborate over Fur Affinity Notes, Telegram, Discord or the use of Gyazo Screen Shots. If you do not consistently communicate with me, your commission will take longer. I will not begin the next stage of your commission until you have approved the current stage.
*I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without an explanation.
*I reserve the right to use any image I create as I see fit. I automatically post my art on FA.
*I am not your art slave; This is my full-time job in real life and I do this mainly for fun and extra income. I try to do my stuff in a timely fashion, so please do not rush me.
▫️ I reserve the right to refuse service and refunds to anyone who breaks any of these terms
