By Purchasing a commission from me, you have acknowledged that you have both read and agreed to the following Terms of Service (ToS). All ToS are subject to change without notice. If large changes occur I may announce it to commissioners. if you have any questions or comments please feel free to note me with any questions or concerns you may have.

Terms of Service:

1.) I will accept commissions in the form of a note, or e-mail*

please keep in mind, all commission information and conversations will be logged.

2) I do require all references images and/or text before I begin any work.

All items must be present before I begin; IE. character References, text descriptions, animal/object/clothing references, ect.* once payment is delivered I will assume all of the following has been properly delivered.

3) I will send progress images for digital works via note, or E-mail (if provided)

I will do my best to send out progress on commissions in the following stages: Sketch, Line Art, Flat Color, Cell Shade/Detailed. if you may have any issues during the sketching stage that you would like to address please note me with your concerns and suggestions, and I will attempt to resolve those issues and send a revised sketch.
I do stream often, if you would like to see your artwork as it is drawn I will notify the commissioner with times I will be streaming accordingly.

4) Please do not ask questions about your commission until after a 2 week span.

I do my best to keep commissioners informed on the status on their commission, please remember I do have a life and job outside of art. If by any circumstance, there is something that prevents me from working a commission the commissioner will be notified as soon as possible.* If within the 2 week span after payment, you still have not received your completed work, nor received any progress images. please note me and I will do my best to respond in a reasonable time frame responding to any questions or concerns you may have, and will work to resolve them.

5) if no payment is sent, the commissioners slot will be held on the Commission list, for 14 days.

A low quality rough draft of the commission will be made and a notice for payment will be given. and no further work will be done. If after the 14 days no payment nor explanation of delayed payment is made, your spot will be dropped.*

♦ Payment Policy.

6) All commissions are to be paid in US dollars as currency, I accept Paypal, Dwolla, and WePay. (I will be adding more payment services once I understand how they operate).

All payments through PayPal will be given through Invoice Only. Some people find that making a payment as a gift makes it fee-free, but please avoid doing so, when dealing with an artist, if you want to know why, I recommend checking Artist_Beware and look up the consequences it could potentially have on artists.

I would love to use this for the majority of my commissions if possible. I recommend this service for its quick and easy payment system and $0.25 transaction fee for anything over 10 dollars. But Unfortunately I understand this service is not well publicized, and is currently unavailable outside the US to the best of my knowledge, I will not force commissioners who would like adult content to subscribe to this service.

This service would allow me to send an invoice directly to your email with the price of the commission. The beauty of this service is, that it would allow you to pay the cost of the commission through either credit or debit, without needing to make an account.

♦ Refund/Refusal Policy.

7) I reserve the right to terminate a commission at any time I see fit, or refuse prospective work from any commissioner at any time.

I reserve the right to cancel and/or refuse a commission at any time for the following reasons. Poor communication, rude or inappropriate Behavior, or the inability to properly communicate in English.
if a refund is requested, a partial refund will be given that is dependent on the level of completion on the commission. If a full refund is requested, please explain, in detail, the reason why and I will do my best to work with you to create a viable solution.
♦ Usage Rights.

8) I reserve the right to use any image I produce. and I will retain all rights to the image.

This Includes but not limited to, Producing and selling Prints and/or posting to my online galleries. I retain full commercial and distribution rights on any images I produce.
The commissioner may use the commission image at any size as they please for personal use only. that excludes commercial purposes (logos, selling their own prints, ect.) No profit is to be made off the image. If posted online, I would prefer to be listed as the creator, with a link to my website. Please do not alter or modify my art in anyway (ie. animating it) without my written consent. I am very reasonable with the usage rights, please consult me with any plans you may have for your commission.
I will never dishonor a customer's personal character in any redistribution.

9) Please do not repost any of my art without first consulting me, the commissioner, and the owners of characters shown inside the commission.

If consent is given to repost, please properly list me as the creator/artist, with a link to the original submission; this allows me to not post my work with an obstructive watermark. At any time do I have the right to request that any of my images be removed.
