Here you will find all my rules and regulations to commissioning me, my policy and TOS.

This is how I run so please be respectful and read this BEFORE commissioning me!

*By Commissioning me this means you have read and agreed to this TOS, everything bellow!

*keep in mind everything here is subject to change at my discretion at any moment in time, though I will do my best to announce when I plan on making changes if so.

TOS

*All payment and information is needed UPFRONT before I start on your commission!

*Please Contact me via NOTE or EMAIL if interested in a commission from me and upon seeing that I am OPEN.

*My profile states my current situation of commissions, trades and requests.

*I reserve the right to refuse AND terminate commission at any time I see fit or depending on my current personal situation.

* if Ive chosen to terminate your commission then I will refund payment via paypal. If the commission has already been started then I will refund the balance of said commission and you will receive the file or original of its current state.

*I require YOU to provide me with all the reference material and information needed. I will NOT go hunting through your gallery for a character reference or through google for additional refs. That takes time away from drawing, just as leaving me with limited information.

*If you've found you have forgotten something important then I can change it at the base sketch stage but after that I will not change anything for a customers "memory lapse"!

* All my prices are FINAL and I do NOT HAGGLE!

*If you do not have payment right away then I understand. I will reserve a spot until you tell me when you plan to have payment or for 48 hours. After that I will remove you from my list.

*If you wish to pay in increments then let me know and we can work something out.

*Once I have payment and all information on your commission then your commission has started. I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS!


*I will let you know how long your commission is expected to take, however that is a rough guess NOT an accurate time! If you agree to that time then you have agreed to the commission and will send payment.

*Once your commission has been started you will NOT be refunded!

*If a problem arises and I must take longer then I will let you know ASAP.

* I will always provide a base sketch. This is the stage that you may suggest small things to be fixed. I will NOT fix large things such as changing a pose or massive changes in backgrounds. Once this stage has been approved then I will go on to finish your commission with NO MORE changes!

*I will provide an update on your commission at any point after the approval sketch stage upon request.

* I do stream on occasion! If you PREFER me to NOT stream your work then LET ME KNOW! Or if you wish me to stream on a certain day and time let me know as well and we can figure something out!

*I do provide rush jobs, however that will cost extra $ to the commission depending on when it is needed.

* I will work with my customers on idea's and suggestion however I prefer to have artists freedom, as that's when I work best!

In Terms of SKETCHBOOK commissions

*With a large amount owed, payment plans are no problem, just let me know!

*Please note that depending on how many pages of said sketchbook im doing this WILL TAKE SOME TIME!

*Under NO circumstances can you sell the pages in your book to make money back or a profit! UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE ME SAID MONEY! I WILL NOT have you making double what you paid me and in tern do free art for you! Once you start this then I do the amount of art I owe you via money. So if you paid $200 then you get $200 worth of art, regardless of what you originally bought. I will NOT be made an art slave.

In Terms of YCH Auctions

*once you bid you bid. No retractions.

*You must be an active member of FA and have commissioned art before!

*Once you purchase the slot and pay me you MAY NOT pull your character our of a group auction OR be refunded by any means!

*If you win and do not pay me by the said time period on the auction then your slot will be forfeited to the next bidder!

*I will not do joint YCH auctions with ANYONE but another trusted artist! And the final payment will be split evenly to both artists.

Commission and Image Rights

*I reserve all the rights to usage on an image I create! I own Full commercial rights to the art I create. This means I will post to this gallery as well as others, create prints for portfolios, or use for advertising as I see fit. I will always give credit to the commissioner and character however.

*If you wish to use my image as a ref or to post on your page or for other such reasons YOU MUST ASK ME FIRST! I may or may not give you permission however if I do I require credit to the image wherever posted!

Payment

*My payment currency is US Dollars!

*I accept paypal(preferred), money orders, checks, and concealed cash. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND ANY PAYMENT MAILED TO ME IS AT YOUR OWN RISK! I WILL NOT START YOUR COMMISSION UNTIL I RECEIVE PAYMENT IN THE MAIL!

*Please keep in mind that when paying me via paypal you are paying me for my TIME not the ART!

*With this in mind please send payment as SERVICES and not GOODS!

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT I HAVE A FULL TIME JOB AS A RESTAURANT MANAGER! I also deal with mental health issues and have my good days and bad days!

*If you do not wish to wait AT LEAST a couple of WEEKS for your commission then please DO NOT WASTE MY TIME!

*That also means please do NOT note me every other day asking how your commission is. I will tell you on the first not but to note me that much would be pointless as I don't work that fast or in that manner. It also DOES get rather irritating :\ You can also check the progress of your commission in the footer of my journals!
