Vorel Ashurha:

Vorel's body appears to be 27 years old. She is, however, 37 at the time of the Chosen of Ashurha series. She has been dead for ten of those years. Having reached the height of her power she is a naked skeleton, but through the help of her alchemist friend Q's amazing skill she now has a body- an alchemically crafted creature who lives and breathes, giving her the appearance of life. She has been known to leave her suit in the privacy of her palace, away from the prying eyes of her people.
She is a master necromancer and the queen of a city named Ezba Khamis. She is coy, intelligent, and cruel. She has a lust for ancient knowledge and an insatiable curiosity for the unknown. She is the lifetime partner of Valgar, a reptilian-creature who was once a brown wolf.
Looks: Black fur, gold eyes, gold lining the outside of her ears, a long, lush tail that comes from her Fox father's genetics, Anubian face (thin and long). Looks very severe most of the time, sort of intimidating even when she's dressed finely for political endeavors.

Atma is a massive elephant man, standing at 23 hands tall. He is very muscular as well. He is a bodyguard for hire, one of great esteem throughout the Eastern world. He has two wives, one is a jackal renowned for her drunken boxing and the other is a hare princess, given to him through a political arrangement he was too polite to turn down. The hare stays at her palace and is educated, while Sajira comes with him on his journeys.
He loves the drink, perhaps too much, and is very blunt and course. He is as stubborn as a mountain and as wrathful as a god, so those who cross him rarely live to tell the tale.
Looks: He wields two full-stone Brass Monkey Maces, which are maces fashioned to look like monkeys laying straight with their hands at their sides. The handle is their tail. His armor is star mail armor. He wears golden bands of jewelry, one on his trunk and one on each of his tusks. He is an Indian elephant, and he keeps his head clean-shaven. His eyes are red.
Amata, the Goddess of Nightmares:
Amata is ancient. Amata is cruel. Amata feeds on fears in the black of night.
Looks: Amata is a six-eyed demon with the appearance of an anthropomorphic crow. Her eyes are entirely red, pupil-less and glowing. Her feather are inky black, and she has long, straight black hair that flies like a banner in a breeze. She appears to be made entirely our of darkness. She is able to become a red-eyed crow, usually for stealth. It is said that seeing this crow is an omen of death. Amata is very, very fragile during the new moon. Her powers wane and she shrinks to a smaller version of her crow form, though retaining her twisted eyes. During this time she can be contained by being buried ten feet below the surface of the earth while swathed in red silks.
Taalshyk:
Very much Vorel's opposite, Taalshyk is a white-furred jackal man. He is the leader of a Carandraug settlement, and through the help of his arcane wizard friend Culdol is making it very prosperous. He is married to a Carandraug woman named Shyaryff, who was once a Sharack but was changed through the wonders of a fantastic Polymorph Any Object spell. Taalshyk is a cleric of Erdinel, the goddess of Carandraug and Change, and is a highly revered Walker on the Left. His healing powers are nearly unrivaled, and it is whispered that he once raised an entire city from the dead following a dragon attack.
Looks: Taalshyk is pure white, with glints of silver when the moon strikes him. His eyes are gold, and he wears his long white hair tied back. He wears fine silver robes with a small mirror hanging around his neck- the holy symbol of Erdinel, which reflects the phases of the moon in shadows along its surface. He has a glowing sigil on his forehead that also reflects the phases of the moon- The Mark of Erdinel.
Sayaffha:
No, not Vorel's mother. THIS Sayaffha is from an Ironclaw game. She is a black jackal with gold eyes. She's a devout follower of the holy light, and is on her way toward sainthood. She is in love with a grey fox, Gavroche De Rinaldi, but she knows that with his heritage they can never be. It's tragic.
Sarah Shaw:
Sarah is a toughie, and my only Post-Apocalyptic/Cyberpunk character. She was raised in a world already ravaged by the D-Virus, so all she knows is fighting for survival. In her mind she recognizes the fact it’s a dog-eat-dog world, and that in order to keep existing she will probably have to kill. Her qualms on eating flesh have faded, and in dire times she has no issue with resorting to cannibalism. She’s very independent, though inside she’s nearly dependant on her companion H0W4RD- a small spherical droid that she repaired in the ruins of a laboratory when she was younger. Sarah is very handy with technology. She can fix almost anything given enough time and with the right tools. She’s also very skilled in the use of a T-827 Max Carbine, a short-range burst rifle.
Looks: Sarah is a tall woman with a muscular build. Her hair is long and red, and her eyes are green. She has a light scattering of freckles across her nose. Normally she wears her hair pulled back in a pony tail to keep it out of her face. Her clothes are usually a grimy white tank top and dark tan cargo pants, with a faded leather belt and suspenders. She has a tattoo on her left ankle, a strange tribal mark she doesn’t remember getting.

Araea is my Warcraft warlock. She's 22, and has QUITE the history thanks to the WoW RPG.
She was a human, learning to be a mage in Stormwind, when the Scourge marched. She fought with the other mages to defend their Tower, but every mage fell before the might of the hungering dead. She threw searing flames as the ghouls took down her master, but before long she was overwhelmed. Two ghouls grabbed her wrists and forced her to the ground as a tall, blonde elf approached her. His glowing blue eyes gazed at her cruelly as he pulled forth his blade and cut her open. Her world faded to black, her senses vaguely overloaded with the feel of jagged teeth sinking into her flesh.
When she awoke, her eyes were gone. Through a ritual much like the demon hunters go through, hers had been burned out and fel energy was forced through the blistered sockets. The magic was trapped by two enchanted strips of black leather nailed to her skull. The magic tainted her; she was no longer a mage, but a warlock, a tool of the Legion and the Lich King. She was able to see with the fel energies, but everything was shaded with green. Things touched with Fel energy would glow brightly beneath her gaze.
She was freed from Scourge control by Ang Widepaw, a pandaren runemaster, Ivy Nightwind, a night elf hunter, Gnimmish Jammercog, a gnomish tinker, and Bezelch Potionbrew, a goblin mage/alchemist. She joined their group in their quest to free Azeroth from Scourge control. When their job was done, the group found an artifact to restore her to human life. She never regained the use of her eyes, though. Araea, having the worst luck ever, was sent out to speak with the Forsaken army that attacked the city of Gilneas. Having been a forsaken for quite a while, King Varian felt she might hold enough sway to convince Sylvanas to remove her armies. However, upon finding the city abandoned the warlock was ambushed by savage worgen and infected with the curse.
.. I know I went into ridiculous detail about her, but you have to understand, no one will understand her racial changes in-game without explanation from the RPG XD
Looks: In her human form she has long black hair, and her eyes still burn with the green fire of her magic. In her Worgen form she has gray fur and the green fel eyes, with her black mane loose around her head. She keeps the leather straps from her past wrapped around each arm.

You should go through your character binder and write some stories about some of the characters you have in there. There are a lot of them that didn't get enough attention. Like your Troll from Shadowrun, or that shadowmancer from Heroes Unlimited.

That would depend on how he ran the game. It just so happened he was running out of a module that was exclusively fire-fight. It's not your fault the GM didn't share that with you when you were designing your charater. He dropped the ball on that. He knew what you were doing, and what he was running.
