Warts on my penis?
14 years ago
Okay not really.
I don't actually have a penis.
But I really need some advice on moving out for the first time.
It's a little less then a year until I turn 18, but I'd like to start planning ahead of time. Don't yell at me because I'll still be in high school when I'm of legal age- just trust me when I say that I need to move the fuck out.
Anyway, so what do I need to get prepared before I start moving? How much money should I have before everything starts to take place? What's the total average cost of your monthly bills? Besides ramen, any good food tips/ideas?
Basically, any tips/ideas you've got, I'm willing to take.
I should probably buy a car before I consider moving out, but I'm just trying to get a general idea so that I can start early!
Also~~ I'm going to open up for some traditional commissions (For an idea of what my traditional work looks like, it's every piece in my gallery but the first two submissions) to start saving up for this big move. If you'd like some more info, my notes are always open!

yes lets plan together. i just want a nice little apartment when i get out of college. good for parties.
Although Beetles are just so cute and amazing and asdfhjadf
And doesn't ebay auction cars now?
honestly im so confused with cars. i dont know what the safest measn in getting them is ;v;
cause even craigslist has cars and stuffff
idk im definitely gonna have my parents help with this portion of the deal. i dont wanna get scammed or something lol im so dumbb
second if you are looking for 1 bedroom even studio with partial bills paid even, you are looking at 500-800 depending. I can't such much more on what things cost cause I don't know what area you are in but I would recommend google being your friend for looking up things.
Such as apartments, cost of living in the general area, average utility bill prices, taxes, fees, move in fees and application fees ect. Sadly it is not cheap to live on your own.
Might even look into getting a room mate if at all possible.
I live in Florida, if that helps any. xD
I never even considered a studio apartment. I should really start looking into those. The cheapest 1BR, 1B is about $500 without a roommate, so I bet a studio would be even better.
i feel so much more confident about moving lol
;n;
and omg I just found a purty one for $400 ;w;
But imagine if we split rent. that's like $120 a person.
btw how much do the community colleges in Texas run for? For a year here, tuition is like 3k or 4k a year.
thats usually in state tuition though. out of state can go much higher :<
Also have to take in effect, the taxes, plates, insurance of the car, and yearly property taxes as well for it.
But ya just google studio apartments in your area and see if any good listings come up. And don't feel weird about calling on them either. Landlords are always helpful usually in giving info about the place if their ad doesn't.
Some questions to ask: What bills are included in rent if any? Does it include trash service? What about cable companies and internet? (do you shun some providers in the area or what is available in that area) Is there any parking? Do I have to pay for parking? What local amenities are in the area? (such as stores, gas stations, ect) Also look into renters insurance. It's usually cheap and could save you in the long run. Also ask about room mate policies as well. Studios sometimes you can share sometimes you can't.
Now, as far as purchasing a car goes, what sort of questions should I ask the owner/dealer? I haven't the slightest clue about cars. ;;>.>
While creepy/funny/I'm not sure, it's nice to know that somebody would care if I had warts on my genitals.
